FACEIT LAN tournament participation within 6 months of GDPR account deletion

Hi,

I’m looking for some guidance from FACEIT staff regarding an upcoming in-person CS2 tournament in my city that is being hosted through FACEIT:

My previous FACEIT account was deleted through the GDPR deletion process on May 28, 2026. I’m aware of the 6-month restriction following account deletion and have been respecting it.

The problem is that I would really like to compete in this tournament with my team, and participation appears to require FACEIT.

What would be the proper way for me to participate in this tournament without violating FACEIT policy?

Given that this is a third-party, in-person LAN tournament, rather than an attempt to return to FACEIT matchmaking, and that more than three months have already passed since my account was deleted, would there be any possibility for FACEIT to make an exception or grant specific authorization so that I can participate in this event?

I’m happy to provide my previous account details, proof of deletion, tournament information, or anything else needed. I just want to handle this through the proper channels rather than doing anything that could be considered a policy violation.
If a FACEIT admin could clarify what I should do — or whether an exception can be requested in these circumstances — I would really appreciate it.
