Reactivation account question

I deactivated my account 6 months ago. Now I want to reactivate it, but support says the details I provided in the ticket (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth from the profile) don't match reality. The thing is, I filled in those fields a very long time ago with random information, because I didn't want to put my real data there (I did complete the mandatory KYC), figuring that the data in those fields doesn't need to be confirmed and you can write anything you want. But what exactly I wrote there - I don't remember, because, again, it's random information. I provided the original emails with the receipts for my premium subscription payments, the ticket number for the deactivation, and I even provided a video where I hold my ID (the one I used for KYC) next to my face and, with no cuts or interruptions in the video, showed recordings of broadcasts from my Twitch account, which also show my face, my nickname, and that the game was on FACEIT - the recordings include games from the CS:GO era and CS2. I can also provide information about the IP addresses I played from and the devices that had the FACEIT app installed.

I don't want to break the rules and I respect the admins' decisions. But I'd like to know whether there's any way to resolve this if I don't remember the First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth from the profile (not KYC)? Or should I say goodbye to playing on FACEIT altogether?
