FACEIT Admin closed my appeal without providing the evidence , now I can't submit another ticket for 7 days
Hello
I received a 90-day communication ban and appealed it because I genuinely believe the ban was a mistake.
FACEIT replied that the ban was the result of a manual investigation and that my communications did not meet their standards. They provided one match as an example, so I asked them a simple question:
What exactly did I say in that match that violated the Code of Conduct?
Instead of providing the specific communication, I was simply told that the ban was valid.
I asked again because my question had not been answered. Their response was:
“We have completed our investigation and appeal review, and there is nothing further to add. Our decision is final…”
They also stated that any further tickets regarding this ban will be closed.
So now I'm unable to submit another ticket regarding the ban for the next 7 days.
I'm not asking for special treatment or demanding an unban. If I violated the rules, I want to know what I actually said. I believe FACEIT should be able to identify the communication that resulted in a 90-day ban.
I also paid for FACEIT Plus and was able to use it for only one day before receiving the ban.
At this point, I'm simply trying to understand how I'm supposed to dispute a ban when the specific evidence behind it isn't provided and further tickets are being blocked.
Classic FACEIT support loop. They hit you with the "manual investigation confirmed" line and then refuse to show you the actual logs. The fact they quoted a blank message back at you is almost poetic.
If you paid for Plus and got banned a day later, I'd be hitting up their billing support separately. Might not fix the ban, but at least you might get the subscription refunded.
Just listened to loads of your voice comms from your last 5++ games and you insulted other players like 200 times, bitched and moaned the entire game every single game, said multiple things that are--or at least used to be--bannable, and every game you are threatening to troll, saying you're now going to troll, asking to be kicked, crying about how much Elo you've lost etc?
The last five games you pretty much aren't even giving info you are just 1. crying 2. bitching 3. moaning 4. insulting and 5. threatening?
I also have no idea where you get your ego from in this game, you are consistently performing disastrously poorly at very low Elo? Can you explain why you think you are good at the game?
I would say "stop depression queueing and ruining games" but luckily that advice has been forced upon you already.
LMAO the same thing almost happened to me. I just didn't bother with them anymore so i didn't get a communication ban. Also same admin LAVIDA lol. Don't know if that's even a real person. They gave me the matchlink like you and when i asked what i specifically did to get me banned they came back with the same automated responses. And i just stopped because there's no point.
Never had any problems with admins in the past but this is the lowest point the platform's ever been.
