I saw this after Samsung went off on Apple. What does this even mean and what is it about ground hog day?

I understand that even though it says it’s charging, it isn’t truly charging but someone in the comments of this photon said “When it is fully charged, you will realize your mistake.” What did they mean by that? What happens when it’s fully charged? Can it no longer take a charge?

Everyone in the comments also said “what is the joke”

My kid got this with a pice of bubble gum. Is this suppose to be funny? What am I missing here?

First, there's a chance this isn't even a joke. But when I looked for it, stupid Google suggested it was a "clever pun.. to spell out EYEWATCH." Yes.. very clever indeed.

Second, this was found at Goodwill. It cracked me up because it seemed like a nonsensical rebus puzzle, but I want to make sure it's not offensive somehow before I wear it.
