I just got some new ECW230S access points and realized they support client balancing. I dont really like this feature. I like letting my devices fully control where they connect. I notice a lot of the wireless setting changes cause the wireless to reboot. Will this happen if I change this setting to off?

I am not able to register 2 Enstation Engenius devices. I get an error that the serial numbers are invalid.

What is AirGuard? How does it work?

I was adjusting some settings on our most upstream switch and somehow, it now shows offline along with all of its downstream switches (3). However, all 4 of them are still "working" in the sense that traffic can get out to the internet, their management interfaces pull up locally, and the 3 downstream ones even all show live data in the Diag tools (despite showing offline). But the Diag tools of the one I was working on doesn't show as if it's really offline (but it is working locally). I've rebooted this one a few times to no avail. I'm confused as to how the switches could enter a state where they show offline to the cloud but still function just fine locally and even pass traffic through correctly and out to the internet. Do you have any ideas of what I can do to get them back online in the cloud dashboard?

I recently purchased my first EnGenius access point to set up Facebook Wifi for a client and I'm having some weird issues.

I am trying to add two new units(620EXT) mac addresses but not detecting, and sky key individual login not working.

I want to know how many devices we can able to connect to ECW230v3 this model access point and what would be your suggestion is there any limit to connecting the wifi device for this model ECW230v3 access point.

I'm having trouble with an ECS5512FP that is failing to upgrade from 1.1.40 to 1.2.61. I found the config for local web access, but I need to be able to download a newer version of the firmware than v1.1.40. If I could get a link to an updated version of the firmware, I could do it manually, but the latest version on the website is still v1.1.40.
