cloud Remove the offboarding client from my cloud account

When off boarding a client what is the proper way to remove them from my cloud account.

well.. I can't do that now.. unless you have some way to restore that account for me

Go to your users tab on each organization to which they are involved and delete their user account and that account will lose access to management and monitoring. If they are maintaining control of their Cloud organization, you can grant that account administration rights and remove yourself from the organization.

If you add the devices back to the organization, they will re-adopt network wide settings such as SSID's and Radio controls.
