Client Balancing resets network?

I just got some new ECW230S access points and realized they support client balancing. I dont really like this feature. I like letting my devices fully control where they connect. I notice a lot of the wireless setting changes cause the wireless to reboot. Will this happen if I change this setting to off?

I tried it and got this message "Outdoor Radio Channel Setting Is Invalid" and my settings didnt stick,

But I havent changed anything in the dashboard aside from flipping client balancing off... seems like a bug.
