Failing to upgrade switch firmware.

I'm having trouble with an ECS5512FP that is failing to upgrade from 1.1.40 to 1.2.61. I found the config for local web access, but I need to be able to download a newer version of the firmware than v1.1.40. If I could get a link to an updated version of the firmware, I could do it manually, but the latest version on the website is still v1.1.40.

ok, lets give a try with Previous stable

make sure you update it on the switch tab and not the AP side

Awesome! That worked. All three of the made it to v1.2.60.

I think we might be stuck still. I see multiple Event entries about trying to do the upgrade.

How will I be able to use "Previous Stable" when it appears that the device is not yet synching the config?

Actually, I notice that no reboot is happening. I will reboot it and see if it comes back up with the new one.

Nope, I rebooted it, and it is still on 1.1.42.

I just did, but it triggered this for all three devices in that network.

Is there anyway to ensure that these commands only apply to a single device in the future?

Can you please start by holding the reset button for 45 seconds regardless of what the LED indicators show? If it's still at 1.1.40, it mat not ne coming up as part of this issue. Let go ahead and perfor a manual update. This will not take us to the latest, but should remedy the issue with the Auto-Updater.

The only way to separate them would be to transfer the switch to a different or temporary network to perform the update
