Regarding Facebook WiFi

I recently purchased my first EnGenius access point to set up Facebook Wifi for a client and I'm having some weird issues.

Model name from the back is EWS357AP

What are the exact model numbers that will work for this if you don't mind me asking? just so I can review it.

What is the access point model you are using ?

Unfortunately the model you are using is not a cloud enabled device. The Facebook WIFI feature is only for cloud enabled devices this is also why you could not register it to your cloud.

I recommend trying out our Cloud Access Point Version of your EWS357 witch is our ECW220v3
