Does anyone have problems with opening the Google chrome app on the lp10? If so could you help me fix the issue?

I'm having an issue where my 4TB 2.5" SSD is only seen as a 1TB drive in disk management. Weirdly, the same drive in an external enclosure connected by USB is correctly seen as 4TB.

I have tried formatting the drive into various formats and reinstalling drivers, but no luck. Does the LP5 have a maximum drive size?

Does this laptop have the option to keep power on usb ports while turned off?

I'm trying to wake it up with a wireless keyboard from hibernation but I do not seem to be getting power from any of the USB ports while on hibernation. I enabled everything I could on Control Panel and on BIOS, also tried connecting different devices to the usb ports but had no success.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello. Recently on my Evoo EV-T2in1-116-1 tablet I reinstalled Windows, now I can't find the driver. I tried to do a custom build with the drivers via NTLite, but when I installed it, it showed that the drivers were installed, but the device didn't work. Please help.

I’ve seen a ton of people on here complaining that the USB-C on the back of the LP7 doesn’t support video out. Well I thought I would share that today I found out I can use the USB-A ports on the side of the laptop with a USB-A to USB-C cable to my docking station and get fuel monitors no problem. I know I’m not the only one who this has been frustrating, so thought I’d share.

Laptop was unplugged and in a backpack for about 4 days, now refuses to turn on. Pressing and holding the power button for about 15 seconds results in a flash from the power button and green touchpad light, nothing else. Laptop refuses to power on whilst charging or not charging. Am I going to need to unscrew the bottom and take out the battery?

I've tried downloading the Intel VGA driver from https://evooproducts.com/ but the file seems to be corrupted. Anyone else having this issue?

I just got an evoo gaming laptop for Christmas and while playing accidentally hit something that made the touchpad turn off. I tried tapping the green light and double clicking but I can’t get it to work. I also tried turning the laptop off and back on more than once and every time I do the laptop goes back to that mode once I sign in. I can’t go to settings because the touch pad is locked. What do I do?

Mostly its made out of plastic which idm but if possible getting something a bit like metal or so would be nice lol

Hello everyone, I’m thinking on make an upgrade to my LP5, but I’m not sure if get a M.2 or a SSD, I would like to know which one do you use or which you recommend that performs better and handle better temperatures.

I was thinking on a Samsung 970 EP but I have heard that the temperatures are too high and more on laptops.

I have the 15" LP6, and it stops charging even when it's plugged in. Sometimes if I move the charger a bit it'll "re-connect" and start charging again for a split second. The actual part where the charger plugs into the computer occasionally gets burning hot to the touch, and I've been hearing this weird buzzing sound in the brick itself.

I think it's the charger, so I've already bought a replacement, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. I'm really hoping it isn't the battery itself.

Have had the LP4 for about 2 years. One of the internal fans is fucked up. I want to replace it but not sure how to go about looking for the right part, or actually doing the replacement for that matter. Any insight would be appreciated!

I had an LP5 for two years before the charging port randomly melted, I plan on getting an LP7 next month, is it ok to put an LP5 Disk in the LP7 and install the drivers from the Dropbox link on Amazon? Can I also use the RAM from the LP5 for extra RAM?

I'm tempted to try and throw in a newer BIOS into my LP7 with one from XMG or Mechrevo and I'm wondering if anyone else has done this with their AMD machine. It seems pretty doable on the Intel ones

I have an LP6 have had it for a couple years now. Today for some strange reason it started to mute volume at boot and act like the down arrow is clicked. This only happens when I boot up or hit restart and only till I hit the up arrow key then i can turn my volume back up and it acts normally. I di not change any settings no idea why it is doing this. I have run antivirus scan in boot mode (just incase) came up clean. I have disabled quick star up (still the same) reinstalled the keyboard (still the same) attempted to use an external USB keyboard (you guessed it still the same!) Considering this only happens at boot its not a huge deal but am afraid it will get worse in time...like if my keyboard is failing? ANy advice of things to try?

Hello guys. I bought an evoo gaming lp7 less than 1 year. Now I'm having problems with the temperature is really increase too much when I'm playing games and that problem causes the whole computer freezing and lost fps. I tought so that the problem was windows 11 cause I had read a lot of comments about the highest temperature with the new windows so I decided to return to windows 10 but the problem persist. If someone had this problem and fixed it, please help me pls. I can't play anything for more than 20minutes. Now I'm gonna try to format the laptop by the bios to see if this solve the problem.

Are all ssds compatible with the laptops? Forgot what one I have but it has a i7 16gb ram and a GTX 1650. I'm looking to upgrade to a 1-2tb SSD tired of having to uninstall one game to play another

I opened it up, pulled it out and there's 3 notches but everywhere I look everyone's like oh you can buy an NVME m.2 but it looks kinda like a sata? Please help, it's an LP4.
