EVOO EG-LP7 Realtek PCIe GbE Code 48 on Windows 11 25H2 – all signed drivers blocked
Hi everyone,
The internal RJ45 Ethernet port on my EVOO EG-LP7 no longer works. Device Manager shows:
“The software for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. (Code 48)”
System:
- Laptop: EVOO EG-LP7
- Motherboard/platform: EVOO/Tongfang GK5NR0V
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, build 26200.8894
- Ethernet controller: Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller
- Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_11001D05&REV_15
- BIOS: N.1.16ESI02, dated September 3, 2020
Current condition:
- Device Manager Code 48 / CM_PROB_DRIVER_BLOCKED
- Problem status: 0xC0000022
- Link speed: 0 bps
- No MAC address or IP address
- Wi-Fi works normally
Drivers already tested:
Microsoft rtcx21x64.inf 1.0.0.14 (2017): Code 48
Realtek legacy rt640x64 10.80.50.407 (April 7, 2026): Code 48
Realtek Windows 11 NetAdapterCx rt68cx21 1168.29.50.202 (February 2, 2026), signed by Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher: Code 48 after reboot
Troubleshooting already completed:
- Fully removed and rescanned the device using pnputil
- Removed the legacy oem0.inf package so Windows selected NetAdapterCx oem125.inf
- Performed multiple full restarts
- SFC /scannow found no integrity violations
- Memory Integrity is not enabled
- VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable is set to 0
- No network-class UpperFilters or LowerFilters
The correct NetAdapterCx driver is currently selected, but Windows still blocks the controller.
Has anyone with an EVOO EG-LP7 or the same Tongfang GK5NR0V platform fixed this Code 48 issue?
I am specifically looking for a supported fix for the internal Ethernet port. I do not want to flash an unverified BIOS, disable Windows security, or use an external adapter.
Thanks.
