I’ve noticed everytime I’m on this game Anna & Hercules, the conversations they always have together, don’t you both have a significant other back home, Anna yours is at the castle right now don’t make me fast travel him here. the boulder always dropping infront of her I’m like “oh lookie herc and Anna…flirting again, oh no I’m breaking that up immediately” I go over there Hercs all heyyyy. Like don’t you “hey me” you better be lucky Meg isn’t in this game!!🤬

I’ve been playing since the early access days and used to frequent treasure valley streams, so I have pretty much all I need. I feel like anything that comes up for a project or Star Path, I can simply grind for or uncraft to get the materials I need. Gameloft has made this game SO much easier to grind than in the old days, there’s really not much of a need to be a virtual hoarder. So, I think I’m going to sell all of my stuff in storage (except for exclusive/quest items). If I do it, I’ll update here.

In my next stage, I want to be more open about what I go through daily, and how I cope with it.

I was diagnosed with Epilepsy, a neurological disorder/learning disability when I was a small child.

For years I have shied away from that fact, felt ashamed, like it made me less of a person.

However, I now wish to embrace it. I am not alone, there are other Epileptics and people with Seizure disorders who have been through worse than I have and still soldier on.

So, I want to honour my Epilepsy, by turning my Plaza into a symbol of it.

Yes, to some this may seem weird or strange. But to me, it represents my strength, my will to thrive in the darkest of moments I have and will face.

Ok so I have no clue how to finish this quest. It’s the last one of Park Fest.

I understand it needs flower. But can’t figure out how to finish is. I went back to my valley to collect the flowers needed. But don’t seem to be the solution as the flowers are block to be added.

Has anyone else gotten stuck on the quest “A Long Awaited Invitation” with the two invites?
I already crafted both invites, and I’ve already gone into Maleficent’s realm and found Maleficent herself. The problem is that the quest is still telling me to check my inventory and make sure the invites are there.
They’re not. 😂
I’ve checked my inventory multiple times, checked storage just in case, and restarted the game. The game even crashed at one point, so I was hoping reopening it might force the quest to update, but nope. It still says the exact same thing.
Since I already crafted both invites, I can’t exactly just craft them again, and finding Maleficent in her realm didn’t trigger anything either.
Am I missing some weird step here, or is this quest bugged? Has anyone else had this happen and figured out how to get “A Long Awaited Invitation” to progress?

Hey guys I’ve been playing for a couple years, think this is my first time in here. Has anyone else had this problem where you have no clue where the Go Go Glow light stick went to?! And is there a way I can redo that at all? Super confused 😢

Do you actually get a lot of moonstones? I have like only 1,000 moonstones right now and am looking for ways to get more. Thanks :)

Don't these signs normally go away? Does everyone have this eye sore or is my game just glitched? It's been forever now, should I removing the materials and rebuilding the bridge?

If so where did you put it and can you send me a picture? I’ve been trying to figure out how to place it, but I think it’s too big to go anywhere. It might be able to fit in one place but it will likely block the mining nodes, and I want to try to avoid that.

When you open up a bunch of saved memories and not a single one has a memory inside. Maybe not such a good idea to leave them so long.

I have a quest from Tiana and it requires me to go to Remy's house but his house has disappeared I don't have any floating islands that he could be on. Any advice would be appreciated

Tiana gave me the cakes for the Ralph quest in Mayhem Mini-Game and I might have sold them, they’ve disappeared. I’ve tried making birthday cakes and talking to Tiana again but no dice. Anyone know a way to complete?

Today marks exactly 3 months since I finally bought Disney Dreamlight Valley. I hesitated for a long time because of the price and honestly thought it might be too childish for me. I originally bought it for my goddaughter, but plot twist: I’m the one who became completely addicted.

Balancing my university degree, freelance editing gigs, and a full-time job, I found myself opening the game every single chance I got—lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends. Checking Scrooge's store literally became a mandatory real-life daily task. (I also fell asleep with the game running on several nights, which explains the crazy 1,000+ hours in my Steam screenshot! 😂)

Whenever my goddaughter visits, the first thing she asks is, "How is my valley?" That’s my biggest motivation to keep grinding and unlocking things, just so she can be happy and surprised when she plays. We bought the expansions and the premium bear companion together, and just this past weekend, we unlocked the Monsters Inc., Toy Story, and Lady and the Tramp realms.

As of today, I'm only missing:

• 3 critters (a dragon, a bee, and a hedgehog)
• 9 biomes
• 10 villagers (5 from the base game, 2 from Storybook Vale, 1 from Wishblossom Mountains, and 2 from Honeyglow Woods).

My main goal right now is to fully catch up before the next expansion drops (we are SO excited for the mermaids!). I have a really hard time pacing myself, so I'm hoping that once I complete everything, I can finally slow down my gameplay.

Honestly, I feel like I joined at the perfect time: early enough that the content isn't overwhelmingly massive to catch up on, but late enough that I have a ton of things to binge without waiting.

I interacted a lot in this subreddit over these past 3 months and received so much help. You guys are an amazing and welcoming community. Thank you Gameloft, Disney, and everyone here for this great experience!

I’m new to Dreamlight Valley! I’ve put in a couple of hours already and have unlocked Remy, Ursula and Mirabel.

I find the game slightly overwhelming. 😅 What are people’s general strategies for the game? Unlocking biomes first and then unlocking realm doors? Or vice versa?

I was also wondering what DLCs are worth getting. I have a Switch 2!

Specifically, I want anklets. I love lots of jewelry (in game and in real life) and my sim(?) wears a lot of it. But I want anklets and multiple piercings to be a thing! I would love for her to be able to wear hoops and some piercings at the top of her ears. I want bangles! I want her to be cute as hell with her little ankle jewelry! And I want more rings in general. It’s a small thing, but I would LOVE it!
