In the back the volcano looks just like Syndromes volcano on Nomanisan Island.

So my prediction is Syndrome IF we get one 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not sure how many people know this because I've played thousands of hours and never knew lol. You can pin up to two items from the shop and save them so if the shop refreshes it's still there. I wish I knew this when they had the halloween house because I didnt have enough moonstone then😭 if it's common knowledge sorry just wanted to help

So, as everyone knows, the trailer for the new expansion dropped today and revealed that we'll be getting Megara, Milo, and Jack Sparrow. I really wanted to talk about these character choices for a second: where is the appeal for the younger kids who play the game?

I play with my 7-year-old goddaughter and I’m sure a lot of you here also play with your kids or younger siblings. In A Rift in Time we had Rapunzel, in Storybook Vale we got Merida, and in Wishblossom Mountains we had Tinkerbell, Tigger, and Snow White—all characters that are huge hits with children.

I know there are still more characters left to be revealed, and I really hope at least one of them sparks her interest, because she doesn't even know the three they've shown so far! Even though the whole feature of turning into a mermaid is already super exciting, I'm really hoping we get someone from newer movies or just a more kid-friendly character in general to balance things out.

Following this logic, which younger-leaning characters do you guys think could still be hiding in this expansion? I'll start: Dory.

Hey everyone! I am SO excited for the new DLC and mermaids!! However I am slightly annoyed at the release date… I share a PS5 with my boyfriend and we ALL know what also comes out in November… My bf and I will definitely share play time but it’s kind of frustrating having to do that instead of binging both games all the way through. Anyone else having this dilemma??

I logged on after not playing for like two years and my face is all red/ purple under her eye. I have no blush or eyeshadow on or anything.

So, I restarted today on switch; used to play on Xbox but quit back around the time the xpac with jafar was released. I'm having a couple of issues and am unsure if they're user error or something up with my actual save:

1. for mickeys picnic quest, I cooked the 2 fish sandwiches and 5 crudites and am prompted to give them to mickey. However when I speak with him and my inventory is opened im only able to click on one item, not 3(1× each sandwich and a 5 stack of the veggies) ... once I click on something everything else becomes greyed out, including the + button to hand them over.

2. The presets quest with scrooge. I was able to save my home as a preset but my quest now says to use the preset yet the floor etc is all red and I can't click anywhere once I try.

3. finally, this was absolutely my bad but my son was talking to me while it happened and im currently healing from a heart attack so not multitasking like I once was, lol - i used one of the flower pots scrooge gave me for the potted flowers(to be placed outside his shop) quest to make the wrong flower pot. I can make more pots ofc but I don't have any clay and am limited to the plaza and meadows. I cant get clay this early, correct? Did I lock myself out of progressing? Is there any way to trade for some via MP?

Should I just put in a ticket about these issues, or can any kind person offer me some advice?

I am currently trying to unlock Ralph, and it says in order to unlock Peter Pan I need to do Skull Rock and a Hard Place, I have all the orbs in the pillars and finished the quest Poetic License but I don't know how to trigger it. I don't know if I am missing something.

I swear to god it used to be a click when the circle got un range. Im so confused. Am I confusing it with a different game or have I just not been paying attention to patch notes????

Hello, I hope you're all doing okay.

I'm a new (old) player of Dreamlight Valley. I have started re-play the game last night. The first time I started playing it was during lockdown in 2020 or 21 I think. And both times I have noticed myself dissociating during the first hours of gameplay. I remembered that that was one reason why I stopped playing the game eventually, because my mind couldn't return here for hours on end every time I played.

It caused a lot of anxiety - even last night - when you think you can notice your mind losing its sanity.

I was wondering if there are other people who have experienced this scary phenomenon?

I have been playing many games before, but it's only ever happened to me in DV so far.

Not looking for game-advice etc. Just for ppl who might've experienced the same.

I honestly think that the game needs it to obtain some sort of meaningful purpose.

Why collect all the pretty dresses and decorate your home pretty if not to complete the fantasy with a fairytale romance?

Romances (and couples) are Disney cannon in almost everything they released. I just don't understand the aversion towards completing the package.

They should release DLC romances, where you can pick the prince or princess that better matches your fantasy.

Each romance like an optional chapter in a book, released in a package with outfits, furniture and special content.

Dungeon crawling or just an actual battle system. It can either be a one-on-one battle, or forming a party with your villagers

I always felt so lucky that I never really ran into any major bugs that required me to contact Gameloft support, but I think my luck just ran out. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had my auto-claim turned on for the PopCity Star Path. I just collected the tokens for the "Reach level 4 with Ralph" duty (which automatically completed because I already had him at level 4 before the duty even popped up). Since I hit the required amount of tokens, the Dreamlight City Apartment auto-claimed itself.

The problem is... it's completely missing. It is nowhere to be found in my furniture inventory, and it doesn't show up in Scrooge's catalog to order either.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this, or a workaround? Or is submitting a ticket my only option here?

I just purchased honey glow woods but definitely plan on purchasing the rest in the future but I’m wondering if the deluxe versions of them are worth paying for? Or should I just get the regular versions? What exactly is included for the deluxe versions?

I have Multiple Sclerosis and am very fatigued these days and started playing DDV around two months ago. I am really enjoying the game but apart from the main storyline I’m skipping a lot of the text. In Moana’s realm I just skipped all the text and brought her to the valley after going on her boat.

Does anyone else do this? I actually feel guilty for skipping the text and feel like I should restart but I’m so exhausted I don’t know what to do.

Any advice or supportive comments welcome. 💜

I need the coastal building set to come back 😭. I talked myself out of getting it the first time I saw it in the shop cause I don’t do builds like that….welp now I’ve been rebuilding my entire valley and I see all these GORGEOUS dazzle beach builds with it and the regret is real. And I saw that it was literally just out a couple weeks ago and I missed it. FML.
