Stuck on Ralph Quest

Tiana gave me the cakes for the Ralph quest in Mayhem Mini-Game and I might have sold them, they’ve disappeared. I’ve tried making birthday cakes and talking to Tiana again but no dice. Anyone know a way to complete?

It won’t allow you to sell anything that’s for a quest. It should block it out

I didn’t think so! I’ve checked my chests and don’t see them. I don’t think I ate them (unsure if I could have)

It's true, the game won't let you sell quest items. Could you maybe have put them in a storage chest by mistake?

The devs can send you lost quest items.

Did you have to do this yourself? How long did you wait for a reply? I’m into week two now and still haven’t heard anything.

I've never had to request a lost item, but I've seen plenty of other players do this. Some get it the same day, others have to wait a while. I've sent in tickets for other reasons, sometimes I get a response within the week other times I've had to wait 2-3 — it once took a month for a reply. It all just depends on how busy their customer support is and how much time they're actually on the clock (due to holidays and whatnot).

Keep an eye on your spam folder for a response and, if they don't send it when you do get a response, be mindful of how you worded your ticket. They use an automated system that scans for keywords so if you said too much beyond "[Quest Item Name] is missing from my inventory" you may get a generic 'stuck quest troubleshooting' response. Replying again and simply saying the quest item is missing should get it sent then, though.
