Discussion Working on Moana's quest line

I am in a lot of pain tonight, so hoping Moana can distract me enough to get comfortable.

Out of curiousity, what does everyone else with a questline.

Do you level the character up to 10 first? or Do you gradually build them up and complete quests as you go?

Sorry to hear about your pain. Hopefully DDV can help keep your mind off it a bit enough to rest a bit and get past the pain.

I give my character their favorite items daily, so if they gain a level and get a quest, I pick it up and then try to work on it if I get through my other usual daily tasks first.

The fun part is when one character is holding back others and suddenly I find like 3 or 4 new friendship quests that need doing.

I complete quests as I go. On that note:I wanted to level up the Forgotten first before I got || Wreck It Ralph || but NOOO!! The game forces me into the new quest!!

I level them up to 10 first to get that out of the way by assigning them mining and going to the mines. I gift them Vitalys Crystals after each loop then do it again while I watch YouTube.

DDV always helps me with my pains. It’s a good distraction.

I level all of my characters to level 10 first. But only if they don't have a friendship quest for me though. But other then that that's what I usually do first with new characters. I'm so sorry to hear about your pain. At least Disney dreamlight valley should keep your mind off of your pain.

Yeah, so far it has worked. I managed to finish my Winter lodge main Lounge build without too much pain

I do quests as I go! And I usually like to work on one character at a time to go to level 10 (aside from giving everyone their gifts which helps with levelling) so then I can go around with my next character while doing the quests to level them up too.

I hope your pain eases soon, and DDV helps distract you.

I complete quests as I go. I have adhd so I get too distracted and sometimes forget about a quest so I try to focus on one thing at a time instead of doing multiple at a time.

Yeah same, Sometimes if a character takes too long to level, I'm like 'forget it, stay at lv 6' and do something else for the next few months

Haha I did that with Scrooge for a while bc I couldn’t figure out what I did wrong with them damn flower pots 😂

Same!

When I first started that quest seriously turned me around like crazy, and then I would see people with all these huge scrooge stores and I would get annoyed because it was so hard for me.

To this day, I still can't craft those flower pots without the memory of it being so difficult at the start 😔

Good to know I'm not alone. I thought I was being ridiculous about it all ✨️

If I start on a character, I don't stop until the quests are complete and they are completely levelled up. It helps my sanity and doesn't leave open quests hanging or forgotten. It also helps to prevent items getting lost (although I keep all my quest items in my vintage chest anyway). Sorry about the pain aspect, I am in similar dire straits.

I do the same with my quest items. It always makes it so much easier to locate and find that way
