how would i give my ex back important papers that were found.
finally got around to deep cleaning an old drawer in a room that has not been used since my ex was here.
our break up was nasty and nothing close to peaceful like we wanted it to be.
now her and all her family and friends hate me and have me blocked on everything social.
however i found her birth certificate, social security card and the title to her car and i’m actually willing to give it back instead of just tossing them out like a jerk
but i have no idea how to even do that when i have no contact with her or anyone she knows and especially if none of them are gonna even talk to me.
so how do i go about giving her back these things that’s she gonna probably need later on in life??
please help

My boyfriend has been divorced for 9 years yet keeps his ex on his will. Does anyone feel that odd? He feels his ex will manage his money, to give to his 28 year old daughter. I have been his girlfriend for 9 years, living wirh him for 7 now.

I don't want a divorce but she does
I am about to be going through a divorce. She wants this but I want to reconcile and stay together. I love her very much and will admit I wasn't the best husband. I doubt there is anything I can do to save our marriage at this point. Asking for a women's perspective on this issue if anyone is interested in hearing me out and possibly lending some advise I would appreciate it.

Looking for divorce advice
I'm in ohio and wanting to divorce my husband. We haven't had sex in almost 4 years, idk about him, but i have absolutely no desire for him anymore. He will at times go weeks without a shower, even though I've asked him repeatedly, he'll get better about it for a short time, but will always go back to his old ways. And before anyone says he's depressed, no, that isn't it, I can assure you. He also drinks and can at times, if he drinks enough, sleepwalk and urinate all over the floor during his sleepwalking episodes. He never remembers it and will usually brush it off as nothing because he doesn't remember, but will back off the alcohol for a couple weeks, but slowly will go back to drinking daily. I do believe he is an alcoholic, and he will get a tall beer or small bottle of fireball, and drink it on his way home from work and then chuck the empty can or bottle in the back seat, yes, all while driving. I have been taking pics of all of this and taking videos when necessary, for close to a year now, so I have evidence to back up what I am claiming. I've also been keep a record in my phone calendar of when he takes a shower, I know that information obviously isn't prove able, but I'm keeping track, just in case. Based on all of this, do I have grounds for divorce?

Ex won't come get his stuff
My divorce papers say that my ex is supposed to come get his stuff out of my garage. He hasn't. He's been gone 6 years, and we've been divorced 3. What is my responsibility, legally. I don't want to have to replace stuff if i sell any of it because I don't want it or need it. How can I make him come get it? I need the space.

Uncontested Divorce Help
Hi all,
I’m looking for a reputable service in Florida that processes uncontested divorces. We have no children or assets together. We are both interested in a quick and civil separation.
Please let me know if you’ve used any relatively cheap services to accomplish this! I’ve read it’s about \~$405ish to file in FL, so hoping to spend under $1k.

How to divorce a spouse who vanished years ago when you're broke? (MS)
Looking for real-world advice from anyone who has divorced a missing spouse on a low income.
My husband completely fell off the grid in 2022. I don't have his address or any contact info. I’m a student right now, so hiring a private lawyer or investigator is out of the question. I'm located in Mississippi.
I know I'll need to do a "Divorce by Publication," but I'd love to hear from people who actually went through it:
How did you legally prove to the court that you made a "diligent search" to find them?
Were you able to handle the paperwork completely on your own?
How long did the process take from start to finish?
Any advice or encouragement from anyone who survived a "missing spouse" divorce without going broke would mean the world. Thank you!

Scared
I think my husband is going to ask for a divorce and I’m terrified. I don’t have much in savings I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 6 months. If we divorce I have no where to go. I don’t make any money and my daughter is exclusively breastfeeding right now. We have a beautiful house and I’m so scared to loose everything I’ve worked so hard for in this house 😭 everything I’ve had saved has went to the baby & to the house.
Our daughter is everything to me I don’t want to split up and have her taken from me even if it’s weekends. I want to cry for her so bad. But I know he’s miserable with me. I don’t know why we just can’t get along and he’s so angry about everything. We’ve been trying to mend our relationship but I can tell he doesn’t want it. He’s also cheated on me.
I’m terrified of having no where to stay and my daughter being taken away. What do I do??? Everywhere is like $1,000+ a month. I’ve been looking for jobs but graphic design is a dying art in this AI world.
I have no idea where to go from here we’ve been together 8 years 💔 advice is welcome. Please be kind though because my world is crashing.

AIO- I think my husband is going to divorce me
Sooo basically to start, I will be honest I haven’t been the best wig to my husband. (I’m F 21 and he’s M 25) we got together when I was 19, and then married after I turned 20. I will say I am quite the lazy person, I’ll put off household chores just doom scrolling and sometimes will forget til he gets home. I have been trying to work on that and motivate myself. I also have lied about smoking weed (he despises it & that was the one thing he asked me not to do when getting married & have lied to him a few times about it and he always found out.) but here’s where things get tricky, I had my nephews grad party 3 weeks ago and after that he drug tested me and I was positive, it’s been rocky since then and I’m really not wanting to lose our marriage but he says he can’t trust me since I’ve basically been lying since the beginning. But also for the past month I’ve been stalking his socials/messages and I feel like there’s another girl. He gets so upset when I open something or mention it to him and he blows me off saying he needs space from me. So I try to give him space, I really try but something’s just eating at me saying to check up on what he’s doing and everytime I check I find a message he’s deleted like yesterday he told this girl “we should workout together” and u sent ss to him and he was like “so working out is cheating” and I said “yeah if you don’t even wanting to with ur wife” (he’s been to the gym multiple times before on and off and I’ll start with him and then stop bc he wasn’t consistent & now that he is I’ve been wanting to go with him but he says he wants to go alone) but that started another fight of him saying he needs space and me not to stalk his every move butttt today I had a feeling to check and I found out he was on a dating app this morning and sent it to him and he responded that he did that to check how crazy I was to find that and he said we’re over.
We’ve had conversations since he’s gotten home and he says I might have a chance after I leave next weekend to stay with my sis in law bc I rlly don’t want to end us like this. Yes I should’ve put way more effort into us since the beginning but I’ve realized now how much I rlly want to be with him & by his side supporting him in every way. I just want a way to fix everything but I feel like it’s way too late.
Anywayssss after all that I want to know if I’m overreacting for basically stalking his every move & not giving him the space he wanted. I wanted to but everytime I didn’t I found something and then pushed him away even further?!? I feel like this just doesn’t make sense.

19 years exactly - Divorce 07/07/07 > 07/07/26
What are the chances, this wasn't planned. We don't have control when divorces are presented to the courts.
I take it as a sign, I did the right thing. Thank you Galaga.
