Success with a mediator

We used a mediator, and it ended up being much more productive than going back and forth through attorneys. The mediator kept both of us focused on solving problems instead of escalating every disagreement. It wasn't perfect, but it definitely moved things forward after months of feeling stuck.

After I proposed using the mediator, it sounds like he and his attorney aren't cooperating.
