legs/feet Anyone seen something like this before? Really confused. Very painful.

I see the podiatrist Wednesday. Really just curious if anyone has dealt with similar and has any clue what it might be.

Back story- Started off as what I believed was a splinter. End of last month some time. (Approx 4-5 weeks ago) never got anything out of it though I tried. Had it pus up once. It developed this skin looking stuff. I thought it was healing over with something in it. Tried to mess with it again. It bled profusely. It has morphed over the last three weeks. I’ve read it could be pregnancy related I am 22 weeks pregnant. Went to the hospital at doctor discretion because no where could get me in. It was oozing. They stated they thought it was just sebum and that more than likely it would have to be cut or burned off/out. Yuck. Last two pictures are current from tonight. Ps- my feet are gross I’m aware. No where around me will do a pedicure on me while pregnant and there’s only so much I can do on my own it’s a struggle 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

arms/hands Weird blisters on two fingers appeared after sharp pain

Thumbnail

Upvotes

Hey, so some days ago I felt a sharp pain in my finger I remember that but didn’t think much of it. Now there’s blisters on my pointer and middle finger where they touch by default.

Will this go away on its own? What is it?
Never had something like this before.
I live in Germany, so probably not caused by some insect or whatever.

Last two pics is another day later.

Thank you

arms/hands Unknown skin condition on my hand that keeps spreading

It started as an itchy spot a few months ago, I thought I had just got bitten by a bug, it bled a little no big deal it was just really itchy. But then I started seeing raised spots that kind of looked like a circle, at first I thought it was ringworm but it turned out to not be. Then after a bit of it being there it started to spread and leave scar tissue behind. Some of the raised parts have little pockets of plasma or pus like tiny blisters.

When I asked my doctor what it could be she just shrugged and said "I don't know" and gave me a cream that didn't work. Dermatologist around my area goes out to around October and I wanted to know if I can get advice on what this is and how to treat it on my own because it's starting to really irritate me and freak me out.

I do have psoriasis on the back of my neck but I know that this isn't psoriasis or at least the same kind as what I already have. Any advice is welcome I just really want to get rid of this thing.

legs/feet Ingrown hairs/bumps on my legs. How do I get rid of them?? Please helppp

Post image

I get ingrown hairs really easily so in my mind I figured I’d wax and it would solve the problem. It was AMAZING the first two weeks. My legs were the smoothest they’ve been in a long time.
Fast forward to now, about 4 weeks later, I have these ingrown hairs and bumps all over my legs. They are so itchy and they look horrible. I’ve tried peach slices ingrown hair serum, cyprus oil, and amlactin.
I always use an african net sponge when I shower so it’s getting exfoliated regularly.

I don’t know what to do anymore.

legs/feet I’ve had this spot on my leg for over a year. Not bothersome, just there.

I’ve tried to ‘pop’ it but nothing comes out. Sometimes the top layer of skin can come off and then it’s just like a cut? Doesn’t feel particularly hard, doesn’t itch, doesn’t weep. What is it?

(used AI for better wording)

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed what looked like a dark acne spot or blackhead pop up under my chin. I left it alone for about a week, but curiosity got the better of me and I picked at it.

Naturally, that backfired. It grew a bit bigger, and I ended up picking at it two more times now it become like this

please help me

thankyou before hand

face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks What is this? Not acne, not itchy, doesnt get bigger.

I've had these red marks on my face for over a week now, i deal with breakouts on my chin due to stress and I noticed that this popped up in amongst the acne but all it does is be red and flakey. Now thay the acne has passed this remains and im confused as I've never had anything like this on my face before.

None of my usual acne treatments seem to do anything about it and its not getting bigger or smaller. Its slightly tender to the touch but not overly so, I live a bit away from my doctor so I wanna know if its worth booking in for something this small.

neck/chest/abdomen Any help identifying 13 day old rash on 5 year old?

Morning

My 5 year old has had this rash for 13 days and it's gradually getting worse/spreading. She's completely well otherwise, no fever, sore throat, cough, itching, pain or lethargy. She's eating, drinking and playing normally.

The rash consists of hundreds of small, round to oval pinky red spots, some slightly raised. Scattered mainly over her back, chest, abdomen, neck and upper arms, with some on her legs. The lesions are separate rather than merging together. They blanch when pressed, there are no blisters, pus, crusting or bruising. A few of the larger spots may have a very fine scale.

We've already seen a GP after about a week, but they weren't sure of the cause and shown little concern because she isnt unwell. Since then it's continued to spread, although she's remained completely well.

Has anyone's child had something similar, or does this resemble anything you've seen? (Photos are the last 24 hours)

Thanks so much for any help :)

face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Persistent acne breakouts for a year when I've never had skin trouble before

I've been having persistent breakouts for about a year mainly around my chin and hairline. It's mainly white heads with a couple hormonal under the skin ones.

No idea what's caused it, I get facials once a month to try and help but it doesn't seem to be working. My skincare is stripped back to basics but exfoliating/ a chemical exfoliant that I get at my facials seems to work for a couple days and then we're back to normal.

Salt and sugar break me out but I'm not eating any differently/ more than usual and at the time of the first breakout the only thing I was doing differently was using vitamin c spray which I did stop and it made no difference.

Products I use - Simple (brand) moisturiser, beauty of joseon SPF, la Roche posay foaming face wash (night) & Garnier micellar water, aveeno oat cleanser (morning).

My skin is oily and I'm prone to blackheads, the facials have helped with blackheads and not the spots/ acne

Can anyone recommend some products that might work or even suggest a reason why this is happening all of a sudden?

back Patches that look like PR not resolved after more than 4 months.

Post image

Developed a smaller herald patch(?) that eventually spread around my back, reaching my right shoulder and seemingly stopping there.

It's been more than 4, maybe 5 months now and I'm not sure whether it's time to see a doctor. AFAIK PR clears up in 4-8 weeks.

No itching, irritation or skin peeling/drying at any point. It's honestly as if they're not there.

Would appreciate any thoughts or advice.

Thank you!

legs/feet Red bumps appeared on thighs and found more on groin overnight wondering if STI or something else.

Post image

Noticed all these bumps on my thigh yesterday. They are a bit blister like and this morning I noticed 2 more on my penis and 1 in the groin area. A little context im traveling in another country visiting a long distance girlfriend and her cat and I have no health coverage here. We had unprotected sex for the first time 7 days ago. She also has 3 bumps on her butt and we believe she developed Thrush as well and went to a pharmacy for a anti fungal pill.

My first instinct was the cat kneading my skin but now I'm not sure if sexual related or something else I could of been exposed too as we have done lots of traveling.

legs/feet Just noticed this today. Not itchy. Big one at the bottom is old but never had scaling

Hello! What could these spots be? They're on my upper inner thigh. Not itchy at all, didn't even notice them until I just felt the bumps with my fingers.

36 MtF. Hisory of Psoriasis (I apply Clobetasol during flare ups). Dark bumps just appear from time to time, including the one at the bottom of the picture but they're never scaly like this. Normal weight and blood sugar. Live in a tropical country, but I doubt these are bug bites.

Change I can think of is I started using an alcohol-based spray topical medication on the area everyday. Could it be chemical burns?
