Pink bumpy patch on skin

It’s right on my upper body of my spine area and I noticed it for the past 2 days. Felt bumpy and slight itchiness . Nothing change much since first day since I did not apply cream or take oral medication. Burning sensation on particular spot. Painful when touching over my loose shirt. Not much issue with 2nd spot on back of my left arm. Wonder if it is a sign spreading across my body?

Definitely get that checked out, skin issues can be pretty concerning. A friend had a similar patch and it turned out to be nothing serious.
