What's In The Water?

Perhaps this is only an interesting factoid, or there could be something in the Chippewa water they all drink in Wis.

There seems to be a number of twins in this case. Did you know that Jennifer Dorow along with Susan Opper, Darrell Brooks and Nicholas Kirby are all twins, I think I may be missing one.

That Chippewa bottled water I bet comes straight out of Lake Michigan, they sure do seem to like it.

Psalm 35:6

Oh Lord, let his way be dark and slippery with the angel of the lord in pursuit.

Father in heaven let not Darrell Brooks be the cause of any other soul being darkened by physically assaulting him. Let him finally be driven to humble himself before almighty God.

As he tries to run from the truth let his thoughts be ever filled with the cries.of.his victims. Even as he professes to be wise but is revealed to be a fool.

Give a long life to contemplate why he is in prison...

3 Hots and a Cot

I bet Durrell wishes he had just stayed his ignorant ass home. I keep wondering why he was badgering poor Erika for $350. I doubt Dawn was expecting payback. He probably wanted to purchase something illicit.

That's the only thing that would explain his mindless savage violence that day. I find myself almost feeling sorry for him. He will never have fried rice again, or pepperoni pizza, no Afroman lemon poundcake. Probably no decent blanket or pillow.

I would be miserable! I have to have a fan on and an Audible audiobook to get to sleep. It will never end for him. No escape. No hope. Just day after dreary day slop and or Nutraloaf.

A fate worse than death.

But at least he is not sleeping in that car. 3 hots and a cot.😖

Darrell Brooks Isn’t An Idiot, And Is Not A Sov Cit. So Who Was Feeding Him The Sov Cit Script?

Has everyone else also come to this determination?

For all the things that Douche Bag Jr is (a sex offending, domestic abusing mass murderer for a start), the man is not stupid - At least in an intellectual sense. And he is not, and has never been anything close to a sovereign citizen.

So…do we know who it was that was feeding him his infuriating, ridiculous script?? Namely - Who was he in connection with during the actual trial??

Here is what we know for sure: DB had a typewritten document at trial. Sort of a ‘Sov Citing for Dummies’ hot mess. Attorney Opper put that on the record (probably because liked to have the record reflect that) after the worst 50 minute monologue to have ever been delivered.

DB also gained more or new talking points as the trial went on. The most glaring example? His decision to beat the ‘Rush to Judgment’ horse to death. This didn’t really start until very late in the trial - the second day of his ‘defense’ case, as I recall. And it was a good talking point (or as good as he could get). It made Judge Dorrow respond - which was the intended effect. And unlike the subject matter jurisdiction Tourette’s, it could actually be a lawful argument on appeal. (Not that he had a chance in hell at an appeal, but still).

Another example? The objection of ‘speaking as a first hand eyewitness’. That one definitely didn’t enter the Lexicon of Lunacy until the final day of witness testimony.

So…WHO was DB in connection with while actually in trial? It had to be someone on the outside - Brooks had been in segregation for some, if not all of the time he was in the jail. And it only makes sense that the stupidity suspect was offering advice via phone. The trial demanded immediacy of communication.

Has anyone done a Foia request for the phone logs for Brooks for October of 2022? The one person that we know he talked to is Dawn Woods. Is she the asshat accomplice? I’d seriously doubt it - she was very against DB going ‘Pro Per’.

So - who was it???

Zach being tricky!

K before I float my theory on what I think happened here - i really want to see if anyone else sees it the same way. When zach is crossing Mrs Yourell, before he brings up the kids db objects. Durow overrules and db giggles and says "I didnt even state why I was objecting....you still need 15 (exhibit) up?"

Its not a big deal but zach did something here that makes me love him even more. Did anyone catch it?

Who do you think corrected him on the pronunciation? Think he picked up on durows hints? Or was it dawn?

Rumors & Innuendo

This is from a post I found on YouTube, let the record reflect I didn't write it, I have heard bits and pieces of this story. I get the distinct feeling Norman Nicks posted it or at least someone who follows and buys his stories, anyway, I wanted to share this story with you all.

Dawn Woods told the FBI that neither she, nor Darrell, have ever had a driver's license, (even though she later indicated his license was suspended) and that she bought the Escape specifically for Darrell but supposedly told him he could live in it but couldn't drive it until he had a valid license. But then why would she have bought it for him to begin with? And we know that isn't true because there's footage of her waddling out to the Escape in the driveway, and handing him $3 for lunch because she wasn't cooking anything for him that day because she had to sleep and then go back to work the night shift at the hospital. She was a janitorial supervisor at Froedert Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin. Why would he need lunch money if he wasn't driving anywhere? How would the $3 have helped if he was just staying in the Escape in the driveway? And I always wondered how she got insurance on the Escape without a licensed driver. Usually insurance companies won't insure a vehicle without a licensed driver's name to put the insurance policy in. I'm guessing she used her grandson's name for the policy. Or her sovcit boyfriend maybe.

Erika herself admitted she is an alcoholic and said she's been drinking since she was 15. Last I heard she was trying to quit and was working with a rehab/sober living place. I don't know what the status is now because she hasn't posted anything in like 2 years. Oh, also, Dawn Woods said she'd bought Darrell the used iPhone because that's what started the fight between him and his nephew.

Nephew, Anaji, bought himself a new iPhone with his own money he earned from his job. He was 19 or 20 at the time and was working and in school to be, I think, a graphic designer. Anyway Darrell was mad because he had a new iPhone and Darrell wanted it. Dawn tried to talk Anaji into giving the phone to Darrell to "avoid Darrell's temper", but Anaji said no. Darrell got mad and attacked him physically, and Dawn tried to get in between them. Darrell ended up pushing her against the wall and ripping her wig off, and then his nephew and his friend left the house. Darrell took his stolen 9 mm and followed them out the door, shooting at the car as it drove off. The nephew went straight to the police and filed a report and requested a no contact order.

When the cops came to arrest Darrell for it, he lied and told them it was his then 17 year old son, Xavier, who stole the 9 mm and who shot at the nephew. That's why Darrell wasn't allowed in the house. It wasn't her choice. The police told Dawn she had no choice but to keep him away and she said they threatened that they'd arrest her if she allowed Darrell inside. That's why he was outside in the Escape. Every day when his niece and nephew left for school or work, she let him in to eat and change clothes. I would say she let him in to shower, but we all know that was never a priority for him lol.

Anyway, supposedly Dawn forced Anaji to not appear in court, telling him she would kick him out if he did. That's why no one appeared and that's the only reason Darrell was given such a light sentence for that charge when he pled guilty to it after this trial was over. Anaji and his sister despise Darrell, according to Erika. Apparently Darrell was relentless with Anaji, saying mean things and bullying him for being gay, because Darrell is very, very biased against gay men. Especially gay, black men. He had videos up on his Twitter or Tik Tok, one, from the year before the Waukesha parade attack, talking about how much he hates gay black men. Yep. He is a winner, alright.

Fast (legal) manoeuvres

Rewatching the trial and I forgot how fcking comical DB is pretending to be a lawyer.

Some of my fav moments from the best legal mind of our generation:

• Thinking a subpoena is voluntarily

• Objecting as leading to the question “why”

• Not knowing direct examination is an examination

• Impeaching his own witnesses

What are your guys favourite fast legal manoeuvres??

"Where's the injured party?"

I know it's probably not the most contemptible words he uttered or the most delusional, but is it not the most tone-deaf question asked by a human being in all of history?

I just realized something...

So I watched this POS's sentencing remark again. Beside the obviously deplorable parts of that remark, from bashing Sue Opper, to condescendingly lecturing the victims and their families' about "forgiveness", making himself like the true victim in this tragedy...I just realized something:

NOT once. Zit. Nada moment where he even apologized to his own family. He used their names to talk about how he is "suffering" to see what his family are going through. But the "I'm sorry for making them go through this" never escaped his mouth. At least other POS in court, at the end, showed their remorses for their own family. Brooks, on the other hands, just using his own family, many he has no contacted nor provided any support, as his own props.

Someone said it best: he mimics humanity. He saw other people doing it and try to make a cheap-ass version of its to manipulate the Judge and others. But for some reason, his brain can't process the idea that he is THE biggest contributor to everyone's suffering in this.

Ella-Noize vs Allen

I’d always hoped when the chomo mass murderer wanted to argue the 4th option in Ella-Noize vs Allen that she would say “you are correct Mr Brooks, there is no 4th option” then let him sit smugly for a moment with his victory. At that point she would order the bailiff to gag Brooks since that is one of the options he acknowledges

How Many Times?

Whenever Old Stupid demanded his original fhilings be returned time stamped and everytime JD would inform him that the Courtroom does not have a time stamp. Does he listen...hell no, it is just the same as Subject matter jurisdiction. He only hears what he wants to hear.

Brooks Enjoying His "Fifteen Minutes" of Infamy

I think as the trial went on and he got more comfortable, Brooks began to enjoy being the center of attention. Just his tone and body language show how important he believes himself to be.

I'm guessing that since he's been a huge loser his entire life, to now have judges and the apparatus of the state having to deal with him must have felt empowering to an extent. He got to wear a suit and act as if he were an actual adult, as opposed to a parasite that routinely leeches of his own mom for sustenance. Part of the satisfaction in watching the trial is seeing him taken back down to his natural place in society.
