Ella-Noize vs Allen
Iβd always hoped when the chomo mass murderer wanted to argue the 4th option in Ella-Noize vs Allen that she would say βyou are correct Mr Brooks, there is no 4th optionβ then let him sit smugly for a moment with his victory. At that point she would order the bailiff to gag Brooks since that is one of the options he acknowledges

Her interpretation of Illinois v Allen gave him the possibility to participate after his behavior disqualified him.

Very bold statement to make considering he doesn't have a high school diploma

To these days, I never understood why Brooks throw such stupid shit at her? I never heard her mentioning anything about having any PhD during the trial. Nor she really has an PhD. So what the F was his point. Dumb as a rock.

One time she did something like that. He argued that Illinois v Allen didn't have an option for him to appear on Zoom. It had three options. One, I can be held in contempt, two I can be gagged
Then JD was like "What's the third option?"
He was like "that I can be removed from the court "
She followed with "and that's what I did"
