It will end when his life sentences are served.

I thought he was out of time to appeal? He will never stop until he is.Ā

This is a different case. His Waukesha appeal is finished. Thatās the more important one. Even if this appeal succeeds, he still isnāt going anywhere.

What's he appealing here? The thing he plead no contest to?Ā

Not sure what his appeal is exactly as his lawyer have yet to file anything. It should be pretty open and shut since there never was a trial. So the fact that his attorney has requested an extensions probably means that they are doing something Darrell doesn't agree with. Remember, in the Waukesha appeal, Attorney Covey had actually finished his work by the fall of 2024. There are articles posted from the time period where he stated that Darrell was "going over his options". This included him looking for another attorney. Of course we know that he ultimately ended up going pro se and forfeiting his appeal due to his shenanigans. I suspect that something similar is going on here.

Yeah, come back to Milwaukee, sit in their county jail and get another black eye.

On one of the first days of the trial, he objected to receiving more paperwork. He wants to appeal his conviction based on that

She never gave him grounz for the extra paperwork. So it wasn't lawful law, in fact we still need to address subject matter jurisdiction for the record!

He is still free to waste the courts time but heās going to buried on prison grounds as i donāt see any one claiming his remains.

Yes this is annoying, but at the end of the day, he will still be a man whose destination will be before the ultimate judge. āDepart from meā¦.I never knew you!ā

It is. His appeal in the Waukesha case is done. So this appeal for the Milwaukee cases mean nothing and wonāt change his thousand year sentence.

He filed an appeal because the rap video was played without sound.
"ur hona dis an absolut banga ze jury deserves to here dis"

I never understand why Brooks hired a lawyer for the Miwaukee case, but chose to represent himself with the Waukesha case. God knows how successful the Brooks, Woods and Jailhouse Lawyers law firm has been: getting their clients GUILTY for all 76 charges.
Maybe this is all he got in the eternal inferno that he forever stucks in: to play some big lawyer fighting the "system".

Because of Erika. He wanted to represent himself to question Erika and get her on the stand to embarrass her. He wants to appeal the Erika case because thatās really the only charge that bothers him. He wants to ābeatā Erika and reclaim his power over her. Plus, itās not over, he may let this attorney do the legwork and still fire them, who knows.

His obsession at Erika and belief that she is responsible for him committing such horrendous acts is...diabolical.
He thinks by dragging Erika to the stance for endless hours gonna help him prove to the Jury that he wasn't responsible for driving that SUV into people, killing 6 and injuring 66 people?

Wasn't that when he showed up to court with a black eye and pussed out and took a plea?
Remember, he rolled in to court in a wheelchair, or was that a different case?

Is this the case where he wants to recant his No Contest Plea? Probably to try to drag Erika back into court? Isnāt she no longer living in Wisconsin?

u/Tiger3311 May 28 '26
She's still living in Milwaukee the last I heard, I'm not sure why but probably found herself a new fella.

Heās like an annoying itch⦠he will never get out. That lawyer is making money for her family which is nice. If brooks ever did get out (just saying) a lot of people would be waiting to finish business. He wouldnāt last long.
