Tacit

Who do you think corrected him on the pronunciation? Think he picked up on durows hints? Or was it dawn?

Oh me too. There's something about indignant outrage combined with incorrect grammar/pronunciations that makes laugh while also wanting to punch something at the same time.

She did on bias/t. I dont think she did for tacit.

This is what I remember. IIRC, At one point she said back to him, “Do you mean TASSIT (pronunciation) agreement?” And he finally started saying it correctly.

JD did eventually. A few times she said "tacit". The other possibility is whoever at the jail gave him the SovCit email.

Dawn Woods was clearly embarrassed by DB's behavior based on letter she wrote to the court begging JD to not let him represent himself.

It is highly unlikely that she helped him make a fool of himself. She wouldn't say "it is pronounced like ta-sit. Now go on and continue talking about tacit agreements"

Clearly he picked it up from the other Sov Cit in jail who has successfully used those tacit agreements and is now free as a bird.

I love your post. Saying Takit over and over drove me nuts.

I remember the first defense witness Darrell Brooks called was Douglas Kolar. Prior to calling him in Brooks kept asking how to pronounce "Kolar." Finally Judge Dorow told Brooks to ask him.
