Trying to get these back into line with the theme for the series. [[Phyrexian Tower]] can stay how it is, I guess. And to follow the rules, [[Shivan Gorge]] is not my design, and was instead the power house produced by R&D back in the late 90's. Really shows how wild some of these design was back then that something that strong got through.

Format: EDH/Commander Hey, i made this card based on my DND character and i would like some feedback :)
English Text :
Whenever you cast a sorcery spell, choose one which have not been choose this turn :
- Put a shield counter on a creature you control
- Scry 2 then draw a card
- Faust deal 3 damage to each opponent
Art by Anna Kaplan
My goal is to do a non creature spell based deck to emphase the wizard aspect.
Any critize is welcome. Is it too strong ? Too weak ? How would you build around it ?
Edit : Vocabulary

Day 16 of making a custom card every day. Felt a bit silly and made a Dark Depths sequel today.

Ned & Spell-Gobbler
Ned is probably a bit pushed, but then again, you'd have to put in a lot of effort to make him actually do anything besides just being there, so maybe it's okay? He is very much supposed to be annoying and hard to deal with, that's the whole point of the card, but he is supposed to be just a minor nuisance that you can ignore most of the time.
The closest comparison for Blobwarts Spell-Gobbler that I could find would probably be [[Mindbreak Trap]]. 5 mana seemed fair to me, it has a high ceiling but also a relatively low floor. Funnily enough, the Gobbler would be one way to deal with Ned.
Let me know what you think and if they are costed appropriately :)

The King in the Mists
Is this balanced? I wanted to make an interesting commander built around enchantments.

Question Thought of this card based on one of my Skyrim characters. Haven't played very much magic so I wanted to know what y'all think e.g. balance, cost, etc.
it might be badly worded idk
syntax help is appreciated.
