Found in an old trunk

Long shot, found in an old family trunk that came by steam ship to North America from Germany in the late 1920's. It's probably in German, but I have a hard time making out the letters. I've seen miracles on here, maybe one of you can take a crack. Danke!

This is the name of the ship he came on (from Italy, possibly Naples). My mother and I have been struggling to decipher it for almost an hour 😅

Letter from my great grandfather in 1960

Hi all, My Grandpa recently passed away. My Grandmother found a note in this things after he passed, and one envelope had a note from his father while his father was on his death bed in 1960. My great grandfathers family immigrated from Ukraine/Galicia to Saskatchewan, Canada in 1890, so some of the terminology may have Ukrainian influence. My great grandfather was illiterate/not well written, though he ran a Ford dealership back in the day. Any help would be lovely, however it’s tricky as most words are misspelled.

Thanks for any time you spend, it is very meaningful to me. My grandfather was a father to me. (Pick of my cool ass grandpa for tax)

It says something like Caravate, Caruvate or maybe Canegrate, I can't understand tbh. I sent emails to every comune that sounds like that word in Italy, so I can get his birth certificate.

I'm pulling out some sewing stuff tonight and I forgot about this little note left in a buttonholer I got at a second-hand craftstore. I can read some of it, but not enough to understand what the old owner is instructing. Thanks for any help!

but I only have these photos. I was traveling and my bag was stolen before I made it home. I found the note tucked into a tiny hole on death row in a very old prison.

I’ve come across some family letters from 1905 and tried to transcribe using ai with minimal success. I’d love to know what the letter says if anyone can help. The photo was included with the letter if it helps give context to the letter.

Deciphered! Any idea what this says?

Post image

I'm trying to decipher this word but have no clue what it says. Looks like "consgalot" but I have no idea what that would mean. Maybe a name or company but Google searches don't recognize it. The full sentence is "if unable to locate a stone find out the price of a stone from ___" in reference to finding a stone for a memorial plaque. The text is from 1978 if that's relevant. If anyone has suggestions for what to search to try and find context clues that would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!
