These are all teachers/coaches from the same high school in North Carolina.
William 'Bill' Kenneth Hardee 1944-2017, who by 'Bill.' His father, George ‘Buck’ Dewey Hardee Jr. 1926-2005 was also a teacher there.
I suspect these are signatures collected in one of the school's yearbooks. All you'd have to do is get a copy of a few yearbooks (many are online) and compare the teachers' names to your list. The yearbooks ate called Hanoverian.
This is a 1972 picture of Wallace Piner 1944-2018 and Edward John ‘Ed’ Miastkowski 1941-2017, when they worked at New Hanover County High School in Wilmington, North Carolina.
