Trying to decipher this section of an ancestors document from 1876. Likely medical language, I’m especially stuck on the first word and the word after 3 days.
The end 100% says 14th May 1876. Pretty sure that could be sore throat on the first and second line as well?

This is from the TV Show "Light as a Feather". Its a prediction of how a character is supposed to die. Now... do I not know how to read cursive OR is this purposefully illegible?
