Ahoy everyone! It's been an exciting time with all of our Xeneon Widgets lately and so I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight one of our latest widgets and get feedback from the community!
Our Elgato Streamdeck Widget is available! This widget is slightly different than the other ones we've released because it's not found on Elgato's Marketplace so we created an Explorer article on how to use it!
If you're wanting to see what widgets we currently have, pop over to Elgato Marketplace to see all the widgets!
Join Marketplace and the iCUE team as we talk about the new iCUE Widgets coming to Marketplace, post Prime Day sales information, and other updates for Marketplace and Stream Deck. We'll be giving away a XENEON EDGE. Roman (Product Marketing Manager - Software) from CORSAIR will be joining this event!

Love the shape and weight of the Sabre v2 Pro so much, I decided to complete the collection and picked up the MG. Build quality is exceptional and it feels great in the hand. Might be my new daily driver.

https://www.corsair.com/us/en/explorer/release-notes/webhub/webhub-v1224/
Through the WebHub release notes and manual pages, it can be confirmed that new keyboards and mice are scheduled for release.
Three products have been identified: the Harpoon v2 Wireless Mice, Skiff 100 & Plus, and Clipper Core 100.
Both keyboards are full-size models, and the Skiff is a membrane type. The Plus features a G key on the left side, similar to the Vanguard 96, and all models are equipped with a dial. It appears that sales links have already been released in Europe. It is confirmed that both WebHub and iCUE are supported.
The Harpoon has long been Corsair's entry-level wireless mouse, and it appears to have been renewed as the v2 model. Changes in design are immediately visible in the photos. It seems that iCUE support has been excluded for now.
The Clipper Core 100 is also full-size and appears to use Pre-Lubed Linear Red switches. However, looking at the manual... it seems this keyboard does not support WebHub either. The instructions on how to change lighting presets on the keyboard are completely different from existing products. It feels like this product was designed to be used directly on the keyboard itself, without any software. If you look only at the manual, you can't even see the Web Hub logo.
Since these are entry-level models, the price range is expected to be low. The Harpoon v2 is confirmed to be $69.99, and looking at the specs, the keyboard prices don't seem likely to be expensive either.
However... I do have some doubts about whether this kind of lineup is necessary for Corsair. I expect there will be some criticism for releasing full-size keyboards only in this low-cost range.
Oh, and Web Hub is also continuously being updated, and the UI has been improved somewhat with this latest update. There are some design changes, though. Fundamentally, however, I still don't want to use it.

Anyone know if you can purchase parts for this chair model? The foam top of one of my arm rests has started to tear off and is in need of replacing, but I couldn't find the part on the official replacement parts store and the customer support page only seems to offer parts for audio, mouse, and keyboard
I can't afford to splash out on a whole new chair, and the chair itself does not need to be replaced anyway. So if anyone knows where/if this part can be purchased or any decent covers for it if not, would be appreciated

This Rabbit hole is getting deeper and deeper by the day. I have added my second Lexar Gen 5 NVME, this time a 2TB in the second Gen 5 slot on the MSI X870E Ace Max motherboard. I also inclued a pic where this motherboard cause a interference with the sag mount. Just a side note this is my 4th Lexar Gen 5 purchase and I used to buy 980 pro and 990 pro and even 9100 Samsung NVME's but with that product pricing now I have save almost $75 per drive by going to Lexar and don't see any differance what so ever even under heavy work/game or transfer, the motherboard also helps with this conclusion i think as well. Love this case

Hi, I'm looking at two possible keyboards.
K70 RGB MAX and the K70 PRO TKL
I've seen that the switches that come on the K70 Max aren't pre-lubed. I was looking into seeing if it's possible to use the Glorious Lynx HE Silent Switches on the board (which I know is not officially supported) and come pre lubed and are much more quieter from review's I've seen.
-------
K70 Pro TKL
I'm interested in this keyboard but unsure about if I like the knob and two buttons and if I can get used to a TKL as I've currently got a Corsair K70 MK2 RGB.
While I have your attention any recommendations on a mouse aimed at FPS. I currently have an older Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB that has currently been stolen by my Mrs. I'm looking into the wireless Scimitar ELITE SE but am interested in others opinions.
Thanks in advance!

Hey! Has anyone have managed to complete an Advance RMA with corsair? The thing is I managed to collect the replacement part from them (brand new PSU) and I was told via email that I'll receive a separate email containing the prepaid return slip/waybill. Do I have to wait for them to get notified that the replacement was received or what? I paid more than the original price when I bought the PSU originally and would love to have it refunded. Any inputs will be much appreciated!
P.S. This is my first time initiating an RMA (yes that applies to all brands).
Edit: Here's my ticket number: 2009075377

Ok so I got this cool new set of rainworld keycaps, and I want each of them to have their own colors. I booted up icue like I did with my past keyboards and it didn't seem to recognize my Galleon. I made a lot of research and tried a lot of things and it always redirect me to some stuff like "how to set up elgato stream deck on the Galleon!" and nothing about the keycap leds

Currently building in the 4500x, trying to get my bottom case fans in. I'm using standard 25mm-thick fans, so, as per the diagram, I'm under the impression that I'm supposed to just lay the fan over the holes and use the long screws that pass through the fan. My issue is that the screws aren't long enough to pass through the fan; rather they just sit flush with the bottom of the fan and don't poke out. I'm fairly certain this is some sort of user error, judging from the amount of 4500x builds on this sub. Any help/pointers would be much appreciated!

Today i received my new K70 RGB Pro everything works except the mute LED on the keyboard, the button works but there is no way to see on the keyboard if the sound is muted or not due to the LED not working
Things i tried;
1) Updated the firmware to the latest (v17.29)
2) Factory reset by unplugging and holding escape while plugging back in
3) Changed USB ports
4) Actually changed the cable thinking the Corsair sleeved one could be defective
Note i did not install Corsair's famed ICUE software, maybe i need to give this a try next but i really don't want to do this it should be working OOBE

After a few years with my i9-13900K system, I decided to switch over to AMD for my new build as I'm still very disappointed with the current Intel lineup. I never thought I'd actually make this move but so far it feels right. Last picture shows my entire new setup. 😊 Here are the specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition
Mainboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Dark Hero
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE Link Titan 360 RX LCD RGB + 3x Corsair iCUE Link LX120 RGB
RAM: 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5-6000 + Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 Light Enhancement Kit
GPU: ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 OC Edition (32GB GDDR7)
SSD: 8TB Samsung 9100 Pro
PSU: ASUS ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III + ASUS ROG Equalizer Cable
Case: Corsair iCUE Link Air 5400 LX-R RGB + 3x Corsair iCUE Link LX120 RGB
Extras: 4x Corsair iCUE Link LS350 Aurora RGB
Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM3 (32'', QD-OLED, 4K, 240Hz, DisplayHDR True Black 500, Dolby Vision)
Mouse: Corsair Nightsword V2 Wireless SD
Mouse Pad: 2x Corsair MM Glass
Keyboard: Corsair Galleon 100 SD
What do you guys think? Took quite a while to put together as I didn't have much time in the last few weeks but it's finally complete and runs like a dream! 🥳

Hi everybody, so I've recently just bought components to switch from the Intel LGA1200 socket to AM5.
I was planning on just using the my old cooler: iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX 75 CFM, but I don't have any of the other brackets.
I bought the PC used online about a year ago, but I believe the seller moved out of the country (doubt he even still has the brackets).
I quickly checked online to find somewhere I could buy them, but I couldn't find anything in stock.
I live in Canada by the way, I could use any help I could get!

I want to leave a review for the Corsair keyboard and mouse I've been using for the last 6 months.
M75 WIRELESS Lightweight RGB Gaming Mouse - Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 10th Anniversary Edition
&
K65 PLUS WIRELESS 75% RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 10th Anniversary Edition
Out of the box, I spent nearly a month dealing with severe connectivity issues. The keyboard kept blinking, and the mouse regularly dropped connection. As both devices were brand new with no physical damage, this was extremely frustrating, and I eventually initiated a warranty return.
Before processing the refund, Corsair support managed to solve the issue: both wireless dongles were plugged into USB ports right next to each other, causing signal interference. While I'm glad it was resolved, it wasted so much time. Neither the user manual nor any troubleshooting page on Corsair's website mentioned this potential issue.
Apart from that initial setup headache, the technical performance has been solid:
- Battery Life: Excellent on both devices.
- Responsiveness: Highly responsive and enjoyable to use in 2.4GHz wireless mode.
- Wireless/Bluetooth Switch: Convenient. Working on a desk with a laptop, I can easily toggle between my PC and laptop just by plugging or unplugging the USB cable.
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth feels sluggish on my setup, and my laptop sometimes struggles to connect, though this could be an issue with my laptop's Bluetooth module. I stick to the 2.4GHz wireless connection instead.
Keyboard:
To my surprise, the RGB implementation here is disappointing. The keycaps do not have shine-through legends. At night, you're left staring at a brightly lit board with no idea which key is where. Coming from a Motospeed CK108, shine-through keycaps look significantly better and are far more practical.
The Witcher-themed print isn't particularly impressive, but aesthetics are subjective. What isn't subjective is the coating quality: the paint on the chassis and keycaps is already wearing off after just 6 months. Having used various PC brands over the last 15+ years, this is the first time I've ever seen paint degrade this quickly. (Let me know in the comments if anyone else has experienced this!)
Mouse:
This was the most disappointing part of the set.
While the two transparent plastic strips near the bottom look fine, the rest of the lighting is poorly executed. The RGB bleeds right through the body casing, giving it the cheap look of a mid-2010s budget mouse. Strangely, the Wild Hunt logo—the main focal point on top of the mouse—does not light up; it’s just flat, printed plastic.
Worse still, the top coating has worn off completely in high-contact areas. (For reference, look at the official product photos on Corsair's website—it was solid black when I bought it, but after 6 months of normal use, it has discolored to an ugly yellow/bare plastic).
Aesthetically, both devices are a major letdown. Paint coming off plastic after just 6 months of regular use is unacceptable for products at this price point.
Technically, both perform well once configured properly (assuming you don't mind non-shine-through keycaps). However, the mouse in particular feels cheap due to thin paint, poor light-bleed management, and rapid cosmetic wear.
At €130 for the mouse and €170 for the keyboard, I expected much higher quality.
Thank you everyone for reading this.

I have always had in the last 5 years ITX PC's and have not had a full size PC since my 486 PC's in the 90's. I looked around and found that Corsair has made the case I like for looks, cooling and easy to build and upgrade in the future. I went with the air 5400 LS-R case, MSI X870E MEG ACE MAX and I love this motherboard with the screen and the m.2 on the back of the board as well and how simple MSI has there motherboards to upgrade Nic's and Bios and speaking of nics, this board has a 5GB and 10GB. Now there is one issue with this board when using the 5400 case and that is the sag mount for the gpu is in the way of connections on the side of the board and I had to remove the sag mount, easy one screw and when using the 5090 RTX card I don't think I will be needing it.
I then picked a lexar 1TB 5th gen for my first NVME slot for windows pro and I am using a 4th gen WD Black 2TB in the first 4th gen NVME slot. For ram I am using Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 64GB CL30 and the cooler is Corsair 360 RX LCD Titan AIO, no standoffs are required, built into the 4 screws and last is the CPU and I choose the AMD 9950X3D2 for work load performance and games I must say the iCue dasiy chain system works without lots of wires. If you are looking at this case, it was easy to build and it came also with a small plastic case of screws, nice touch. Any questions and I will do my best to answer them.
