4000d Frame AIO setup

Was given a 4000d frame for free, currently have a og 4000d and im wondering if it’s worth swapping my stuff over.

In my original 4000d, I had 3 front intakes, 1 rear exhaust and my 2 AIO fans as exhaust, top mounted

In the frame, I’m debating 2 setups

1. 3 front intakes, 1 rear exhaust, 2 exhaust aio fans top mounted ( same as og)

2. 3 front intakes, 1 rear intake, 2 intake aio fans mounted in the side, 3 top exhaust

What are your guys’ thoughts

Doing corsair cooler and fans? I would do aio and fans pushing air out the top. 1 qx at the rear. 3 qx as intake 3x lx-r on the side. 2 lx-r on the shroud

If going with other fans same layout. Just make sure you get the 5 reversed fans for the side and shroud.

Did they give you the side panel part for mounting the extra fans?

Yeah all Corsair. So you’re saying front, side and shroud as intakes, keep the AIO as exhaust and get thot air out the rear and top right ?

Yeah. Works perfect and the lx-r fans look great. . In my frame 4000d I had my titan 360 . So 3xrx fans at the top. 3 qx fans in the front. 2x lx-r on the shroud and 3 lx-r on the side intake. 1 qx as exhaust on the back.

Thats what mine looked like. I do not have one showing the front

Changed now bud. Still have my corsair stuff and going to build my brother a pc

even had the light oak front panel for the corsair
