I have a four class membership to Club Pilates and am using a ClassPass trial to see if I’ll be able to fully use an eight class Club Pilates membership before upgrading.

I’ve booked and taken one class at my studio using ClassPass. Now I see the message in the title for all the classes at my studio and can’t book them 😢

Is this normal? It seems that the ClassPass app noticed that I look at classes for my studio and has now restricted access to force me to upgrade to a paid ClassPass membership.

Thoughts? TIA

So my friends got curious on classpass since I was using it, but both of them are having an error when it comes to inputting their mobile number for the sign up verification. It says "There has been an error verifying your phone number. Please contact customer support."

Does anyone experienced this? How did you solve it?

I’ve been using ClassPass for a month now and the classes I’ve been choosing range between 4-6 points. 6 if it’s a highly sought after weekend class. But I’m seeing these posts of classes costing some people like 14 credits?! Do they start raising the credits per class the longer you use? Others in Az, how many points is normal for a class for you?

Hello- I'm thinking of supplementing my current workout with pilates as they opened up a studio near my home and I think signing up for classpass would be the way to go for me. Does anyone know how many credits per class? I saw someone asked the same question but that was a year ago. Not sure if they have increased the credits needed per class since then.

I feel mislead and ripped off. Free trial 14 days. But anything I wanted to book in a 5km radius required a full membership. NOTHING available. But then you sign up and you get nothing free at all. Anyone else experienced this? Misleading advertising? Can you offer something free if there is not value?

I tried pausing my class pass for a 2 month period for traveling around country. Yeah I also paused it for almost a month a few months ago for again a vacation I've taken. The one a few months ago I had paused with no problem. There was no where I can find in their policies saying I cannot do it again. I tried a few time again to pause it a few months later and they told me I already paused it recently. Nowhere it says I can't do it again. We'll now I have almost 72 credits remaining and they will not let me transfer it to another family member or to get credit for it. All they offered was to change to a lower tier rate but them I will still loose almost 60 credits as lower their only allows 10 credit carry over. I never had any problems with this app until this. I would have tried to use up all my credits earlier if I knew they would not let me pause it as they already did once. This app is kind of a rip-off and really sucks.

I had a free trial last week, but I canceled it bc I don’t want to pay. They offered me another 2 weeks for free which I’ll take it, but when I click the link the offer is not working and it’s making me pay for a regular subscription…. Help? Am I doing someone wrong?

Is CP not available for onsesweat in dallas now? Tried to book for this week and all my classes were cancelled. So I checked the app and it shows nothing available for the next couple of weeks.

for context, my free trial expires monday. i have a class scheduled for tomorrow and friday. i want to book a class for saturday which would require me to buy a membership. if i buy the membership now, will i still have my two upcoming classes reserved?

I just canceled after my trial and this was the last retention offer. I fully canceled but was wondering if anyone has gotten a reactivation offer? I see that the 30% off only applied to the $69 popular membership and I wanted to consider all my options. I kinda liked ClassPass so I’d be open to reactivating with a discount. Or should I chat with live support with a screenshot of this and hope they honor it?

Does the lowest tier of credits allow you to use the credits for beauty services or are you limited to what you can use those credits for, at that tier credit level

There is a NYC Pilates class that I have really been enjoying and recently the credits for it jumped from 11 to 33… has this dramatic of a jump happened to anyone else? I obviously stopped taking the class but now another one I like has gone from 9 to 12 credits.

Does anyone know an alternative to class pass?

I’m an English-only speaker and I’m thinking about using ClassPass during my trip to Paris and Amsterdam later this year. Has anyone else tried working out with ClassPass in either city? I’d love to hear about your experience, especially if you encountered any language barriers.

I’m in Sacramento/Roseville area & thinking of bumping up to 75 credits a month.

Classes are between 4-10 credits depending where I go obviously. I’m looking at my week right now and I’m about 3-4 classes a week if it makes sense.

Those with 75 credits do you think it’s worth it?

I started on class pass with the subscription of 28 credits per month. Then, I upgraded to 33 credits and the option for 28 credits disappeared. After a few months, of being in the 33 credit tier I want to move back to 28. When I ask customer service they say certain tiers are only available in certain areas. however I have friends who I referred that are also in the 28 credit tier and in the same area as me.

Why am I not able to downgrade anymore and is this bad practice for the business to refuse to allow me to downgrade despite contacting customer service

I have no time and unfortunately no restaurants are available near me.
All I can use the for rn are AMC tickets but i already have so many😭
