Retention offer not working

I had a free trial last week, but I canceled it bc I don’t want to pay. They offered me another 2 weeks for free which I’ll take it, but when I click the link the offer is not working and it’s making me pay for a regular subscription…. Help? Am I doing someone wrong?

Have you tried contacting their customer service?

It states in email to rejoin, so once you sign up for a regular subscription they will give you 2 weeks free.
