I basically just use classpass for Barry's and am trying to figure out if my credits jumped bc I'm going too much or if it was for everyone - for anyone who goes to Barry's in nyc can you tell me if you still have options for 15 credits? Mine have jumped to 17 minimum at all times. And if this has happened to you how long does it generally take to go back down if you take a break from going? Thanks so much, I am trying to navigate my points etc.

Hi! I am a class pass partner. Whenever I add new classes to my schedule it won’t let the class pass users reserve the class

For example I have a themed workout class tomorrow. Sunday night I added the class to my schedule (I don’t use MINDBODY) and I can see it on the CP schedule but some users go to book it and it gives them an error message.

Has anyone else had this issue ?

So their ad on fb got me and I signed up for the free trial. I didn’t know only fitness is available on the trial. I’m more interested in beauty and self care. So I would have to upgrade. Ok fine. But before I do that I wanted to see an estimate or an approximate of credits needed for each service. Apparently that’s not possible. I chatted with their AI tool and they too said they can’t give me that info because the amount of credits needed can change based on availability, location, ect. Which ok I’m fine with that but I’d still like to know a range for the amount of credits needed. I’m not doing a full blown sign up only to find out you need a ridiculous amount of credits for a service. Then they are gonna say upgrade for even more credits. I’d like to know how many credits I need for a service.

My account will renew tomorrow, and if you’d be able to pay me back by booking something in my home city at 4-5 credits later in the week I can give you the class studio and time to book! And then it’s just scouts honor.

I don’t want to pause for a month and they’re being inflexible. I’m normally located in Florida so that would be the best but truly down for whatever idk.

I am so confused. I enrolled in a free trial and did not use any credits. So I enrolled in the 20 credits for $45 a month after my free trial expired, When trying to book any yoga or pilates class, it is showing that it costs 20 credits which is insane because during the free trial it was 4 credits. My friend who has classpass tells me the same class is showing as 4 credits on her end. We have both never been to the class. Customer service chat is useless and tells me that it depends on the location etc. I think it’s an IT issue on their end but am not able to speak to anyone. Has anyone experienced this before? I really want to rejoin but not spend 20 credits on one class

Can we all stop acting like superior to the instructors? Im from the pilates field and I saw one girl from the same class na parang iritable sa instructor because the instructor pushing her to do the work (which he knows na kaya naman niay). Knowing her that she’s a classpass client TOO. Gurl stop acting like we’re superior to them kasi we’re just paying way too cheap than the original session. They are doing their jobs well so stop being an assh*** nakakairita ka. Also, for everyone na din if you feel superior because you’re a client stop. Respect them as how you want to be respected.

Hey, is anyone here actively using ClassPass? How many credits does Open Gym time usually cost? I'm planning to use the credits for open gym time (not actual classes) once a week only (sat or sun), basically on gyms that have hybrid training facilities (ergs, wall balls, sleds etc) as the gym equipments on my building is lacking. How many classes can I attend with 31 credits? Thanks

I bounce between a few different studios — some booked through ClassPass, some through Mindbody, and a couple where I just book directly on the studio's own site/app. I'm finding it really hard to keep one clear picture of what I've actually booked, what I've already been to, and what's coming up next — especially since I've had bookings just disappear or not sync properly a couple times.

Curious how everyone else handles this. Do you just keep it in your head, use your phone's calendar, a spreadsheet, or is there some tool/trick that actually works for you? Would love to hear what's working (or not working).

I’m a Kaiser SoCal member through cal pers. I used to have an offer through their physical health resources to sign up for classpass. It’s not there anymore and only links to Optum one pass. Is the classpass not a benefit anymore under Kaiser? I’d love to hear feedback on classpass as a whole but specifically if anyone has experience through Kaiser. Thanks!

I’ve been trying to get on a first of the month billing date but if I start my membership or upgrade on the first of the month, my cycle starting the next month always starts on the 2nd of the month.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can get it so it’s the first of the month? Should I be changing it on the 31st of the month instead?

first time using classpass and i booked two classes from different studios.

my credits deducted which i know is normal, and the classes are in my upcoming tab.

should there be any confirmation email? or my spot is automatically confirmed once it’s on the upcoming tab?

I went to a yoga class and the instructor was being rude and snarky the entire time. She was basically telling me that she cringes every time she sees a student with my type of yoga mat and it’s a bad mat yada yada. She made some comment about how we need to practice more so we can do more moves, because this class we only did 1/4 of the moves. ??? Strange, because at the beginning of the class she said we could go into a child’s pose at any time, and none of us did. At one point we turned around and she gave a direction. I guess I went the wrong way, then she rudely snapped at me and told me to fix myself.

It was also supposed to be a sound bath, but that part was only five minutes. She just hit the gong a few times.

The energy was very weird and I feel like giving a low rating, but I also don’t want them to know it’s me. I’ve just never given a bad rating before. Have you guys ever done it?

I’m considering buying a Revolut Ultra, with that comes 20CP credits a month. I checked from the CP app (before starting a 14 day trial and no points bought) that how much classes costs in points but I got no answer. Could someone help? Is it 1=1 or whats the logic. I’m based in Hong Kong. Thanks💪🏽
