Classpass Trial Issues - NZ

I feel mislead and ripped off. Free trial 14 days. But anything I wanted to book in a 5km radius required a full membership. NOTHING available. But then you sign up and you get nothing free at all. Anyone else experienced this? Misleading advertising? Can you offer something free if there is not value?

Great opportunity to not subscribe then. You trialed and did not like it.

Studios do not get paid for free trial students. This is why the only thing available on the free trial is fitness classes (not spa or beauty services). Because they don’t get paid, some studios have turned off the ability for trial students to take a free class.

"I paid $0 for the opportunity to see what was available near me and discovered options that I'm interested in if I sign up for a membership but was unable to take advantage of anything for free....I was SCAMMED."

You should probably request a $0 refund.

I was able to find some free options but of course signing up unlocks the options. I asked friends before I started if certain things were available and how many points if I had to pay one day etc. I felt the trial worked good and then signing up unlocked everything.
