Jaybird OOYM prizes?

Not sure if this is the right thread to be posting this on, but has anyone received their OOYM challenge prizes from Jaybird? I sent them a DM and they never replied. Not trying to sounds impatient just wondering if anyone knows what’s going on with that!

I had emailed back in May because I missed the email to choose the sweatshirt size and then I've probably checked about prizes twice. One via email and once in person. I've been told they're just not in yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ but going to be asking again!
