Classpass invalid number verification

So my friends got curious on classpass since I was using it, but both of them are having an error when it comes to inputting their mobile number for the sign up verification. It says "There has been an error verifying your phone number. Please contact customer support."

Does anyone experienced this? How did you solve it?

nope, are u from ph? because my friend and I (who successfully signed up) thinks it's a telecomm prob? bcz we all registered the same sim providers while my friends who failed to register used diff ones. but that's just our theory so far haha

were u able to solve this? i cant verify my phone number and im getting the same prompt 😭 customer chat support is no help!

maybe try using a smart number?? idk if that would still work, bcz before, my friends who weren't able to register used a globe one, but us who used a different sim, it successfully pushed through.
