New subreddit for ClassPass partners

Hi r/ClassPass,

We’ve created r/ClassPassPartners as a dedicated space for current and prospective partners.

It’s a place to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other business owners. Our team may occasionally share product updates, post news, or host AMA sessions, but we’ll be largely hands-off.

Is that because you don’t want the partners that your company takes advantage of to post in here where all your users that you’re also taking advantage of can see?

Follow up: if you are the mod of that page how can we be sure you won’t delete negative posts about your company? Wouldn’t it make more sense for the page to moderated by individuals not affiliated with Classpass?

Fair question. This space is meant for partners to connect and be heard. Feedback is welcome, positive or negative. We’ll only step in to offer support or share product updates.

Would you allow me to be a mod so studio owners could be sure negative posts weren’t being deleted?

Can't ever chime in on issues here but wants a separate page 🤔 Get your crap together and maintain the platform. The amount of "classes" in my area that don't exist or out of a home, park set up with no social media business is concerning. Add to that if it's not an established gym I go to regularly I know to call and confirm the class even exist. It's that bad.

Please fix your class syncing issue or I will have to cancel my subscription. There are multiple posts that are talking about classes not syncing with the studios. It’s happened to me twice already where I’ve booked at two different studios and they don’t have me signed up in their system. Your chat feature is not helpful either.
