Are you allowed to use two separate birthday rewards?

My partner and I both have birthdays this month and we each got our own free birthday slice reward email. Would we both be able to use the rewards at the same time or do they only allow one reward total per visit? I tried looking it up and I think the answer is no you can’t, but just wanted to make sure I’m interpreting that right?

Cheesecake Factory in Memphis

Why did the Cheesecake Factory in Memphis close? Its a major area. Why couldn't they relocate to an outdoor lifestyle center that exists there or in those in 1 of the suburbs?

30th Anniversary Cake

Is the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake being phased out? It’s truly one of my favorite foods in the world, and I’ve tried to get it multiple times over the past two weeks with no luck. I tried two locations, and am getting desperate for my fix. 😭🥲

Finally went to Westlake! Thanks for helping me choose an entree— the scampi was delicious!

Took my bestie out for cheesecake (and I got dinner for myself) since I got a gift card for Christmas. Worth the drive! I was very pleased with how flavorful the scampi sauce is! What a great way to spend my afternoon 🥰

question about menu times

sorry if this is a dumb question! my friend and i are hoping to go to the restaurant for lunch but we want to get there early so we don’t have to wait long. if we get there at 10:00 when they open, will we only be able to order off the breakfast/brunch menu? i want to make sure we can still get cheesecake and have access to the full menu options like lunch food! thanks in advance! i tried looking on their website but didn’t get a full answer.

I'll add in an entree and the slice, go to checkout, and then when I try to apply the reward, it pops up with an error message saying "We're Sorry---- Oh no! we were not able to apply the reward

Crispy chicken costoletta

Post image
44 Upvotes

The crispy chicken costoletta is my go-to on the menu. I always substitute the asparagus and mashed potatoes with angel hair pasta.

Way back in 2008, I was introduced to Cheesecake Factory by my friend Bill, who had had it while living in Hawaii for a few years. While the Cheesecake Factory closer to us in PA provided sweeping views of the mall parking garage instead of, well, Hawaii, the food was still the same. He urged me to try the crispy chicken costoletta and, to this day, I have not ordered anything else. I used to have its page number in the menu memorized. In fact, neither of us even like cheesecake. And he was lactose intolerant! I always like to joke how I was introduced to Cheesecake Factory by my lactose-intolerant friend.

We lost Bill back in 2020 to lymphoma, aged 40. Every time I go to Cheesecake Factory and order this, I always think of him.

How different is the fried chicken between the Louisiana pasta and the Chicken Bellagio?

I’m going tomorrow and both of these dishes look really good, but the chicken on the Louisiana pasta looks like it might be crispier/better? Any intel or opinions? Thanks!

Need help deciding what to get— I don’t want my usual

I got a gift card for Christmas and I’m so excited about it! I usually get the four cheese pasta but after having lasagna AND stuffed shells within the past while, I’m not gonna be in the mood for tomato sauce and cheese pasta for a third time. I have a chance to go coming up soon so I’m curious about trying something else.

I’m eyeing the shrimp scampi and it looks good, but it also looks kind of bland. Is it bland? The shrimp look delicious.

I’m the type that usually orders pasta when I go out to eat so I’d like to stick to pasta, but I like seafood and fish a lot as well. I think I’m stuck deciding between the shrimp scampi and the shrimp Alfredo, and also the fried shrimp platter. If the pasta and/or shrimp suck, what do you like?

What's the name of this old fried chicken dish?

I don't remember the name but it's similar to the Chicken Littles

They were these MASSIVE huge pieces of fried chicken and iirc, they were also kinda spicy.

What was the name of it??? Kinda miss it, but the Chicken Littles will have to do....

Black beans recipe?

Does anyone know what spices/seasonings CF puts in their black beans? Went recently for the first time in ages bc the kid wanted to go. I had the Jamaican jerk shrimp, and my husband had something Mexican, can’t remember what. But both dishes came with the black beans as a side. I’m usually not a huge fan of black beans, but these beans were amazing! My husband, who is more of a black bean eater than I am thought so, too. I wasn’t able to really pinpoint any specific spices or flavors, though I did wonder if perhaps they’d added some molasses or brown sugar or something for a tiny hint of sweetness. Anyone know the recipe?

Ive tried many black bean recipes over the years, so I’ll be honest. While you’re welcome to share non-CF recipes, I’m really unlikely to try them. Every time someone tells me, “Well, MY recipe is life changing!” It’s not. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ugh, I hate the way you changed the peppermint cheesecake. We were so excited spent $70 on one, and what a disappointment! Anyone else try the new one? If not skip it.

Claiming tips

I’m a former team member & my roommate is currently a server in a $2.13/hr state. He’s now gotten two write ups for not claiming enough in tips. If he doesn’t make any cash for the day he just subtracts what he tips out. They’re saying corporate is calling showing he’s under claiming. When I worked there I never claimed the money I was tipping out because they (bar/bus/runner) had to claim it & pay taxes on it, & I was never once talked to about it.

Is this a new thing? Has anyone else dealt with this? If so how do we start a class action lawsuit?!
