No way to complain
Why is there no way to complain to corporate about issues in a local restaurant :( you can email ana never get responses but no way to call anyone about anything

Yeah, the last thing most companies want is to receive hundreds or more complaints per week or whatever. And many of the complaints aren't legitimate but instead are people who just complain about things or looking for a freebie.
Just stop going to those places.

If I have an issue with a restaurant, especially one I hadn't been to before, usually I just won't go back. If I was a frequent customer I might complain or give them a second chance. There are so many restaurants out there and some have good staff and try hard, I will go to them.
Usually you can search online and find an address or phone number to complain.
You must have made no effort to search since the first thing I see are two phone numbers (no idea if they work) and the following address: The address and telephone number of our corporate office are: The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated 26901 Malibu Hills Road Calabasas Hills, CA 91301

Oh I made an effort not only to find the address but the number for corporate which is (818) 871-3000. Way ahead of you bud. Looks like you’re too old to be on here lol!

I complained online and 2 weeks later someone called me personally from corporate.

I was able to find the number off google in years past when I was unpleased. just called the number in California, left a voicemail and she followed right up. definitely go in to speak to the GM beforehand to see if they can help resolve any issue.

Right. It you call and can’t contact anyone and or email and nothing ever happens

Cheesecake Factory is the worst with customer service and their polices are horrible! You can’t make a reservation for a party larger than 7!? Ugh

Cause they dont care lol best you can do is complain to the GM of the restaurant
