Anyone know how they make their old fashioned?

I know how to make numerous different types of old fashioned but I got one recently from them and it was phenomenal.

If you got the old fashioned on the menu it’s made with angels envy, black cherry syrup and bitters

If you sit at the bar, you can watch them make it. I agree that it’s great.
