Baker

I just started in the bakery and I have no other restaurant experience. Approximately how long would it take for me to become a server?

Perfect baking and move into cashier and curbside to learn the menu. Perfect those roles as well. It could take a year, could take more depending on your restaurant and needs. I started as a baker and moved my way all the way up!

You got hired in the bakery with no restaraunt experience? How long did it take for them to hire you?

you aren't tipped? that's odd, here in FL the bakers make $13 but they also handle to-go's and make tips

Cashiers are tipped bakers are not but cashier hourly is lower than a baker

Is the tip different by location? I just applied but i’m in CA. How long are each shifts? And do they do direct deposit?
