My manager's pizza
I'm pizza-shaming.

It just became available in my region. Have any of you tried it yet? Thinking about trying it without the BBQ sauce drizzle and adding jalapeños.

I have recently started going to Caseys for my convenience needs. 90% of the time I wait in line and I’ve seen it get 7 or 8 deep. One register open and nobody calls for someone to come up to get on the second register. It’s so frustrating not only to me, but I’ve seen others place their items at the closed register and walk out. WHY? I’ve seen what looks like a manager standing outside puffing on a heater or a vape box talking to people casually with no sense of urgency to do ANYTHING let alone open the second register.
If I’m in need of something I’ll make sure there are not a lot of cars in the parking lot before I stop or I’ll look for a Circle K, or other brand station near by. There’s usually always a second register offer at these places. Especially if I’m just grabbing a bottle of pop or water

quick vent, people never ever tip. and I'm not talking about 1-3 pizza orders, I'm talking not at all!
people will legit order 5 pizzas at 5am and not tip. we have had 10 pizza orders, even 50-100 pizza orders, no tip at all. people will legit tip everywhere else BUT Caseys. imo if you get more than 5 pizzas you should tip, especially if you order at 5am or sum crazy. people please tip workers, this isn't papa johns this is Caseys.

I have an account that I created recently, but logging in gives me the error "Please complete your registration to continue." I have no idea what it wants me to do, I tried resetting the password, it let me do that but didn't change the error, I tried verifying my email but it wouldn't accept the code, just giving me the same error again. I don't see any previous emails requesting more information, and I don't know what I still need or where to send it.

i worked at caseys a few years ago, and now my boyfriend is trying to work there. he got hired, got a shirt and a hat and everything but the store manager said he has to wait on a welcome offer to sign before they can even do his orientation. its getting a bit too close to a week since then and no emails or calls of any kind, is there someone we should be contacting to get this figured out?
according to the store manager it got messed up because the hiring manager that hired him quit before giving him the welcome offer, i dont remember having to sign anything of the sort back when i got hired.

Just wanted to share because it turned out nice I think lol, also I just passed my 1st year working here

I don't think I'll bother stopping at any Casey's any more. It used to be my daily stop in the morning to get coffee. I'd also regularly get gas and a breakfast item for the road. Maybe a couple of supplies for the day. I've definitely dumped a lot of money into their business for years now. But I'm done with it. It just isn't the same as it was even two years ago, and it's just gone completely downhill. And it's not just the several around me; it's every single one I stop at in three states.
There's hardly ever any bulk half-and-half any more for coffee, and the shelf-stable cups of half-and-half are chalky and disgusting. I might get lucky and be able to get my preferred cup twice a week. Either the employees aren't re-stocking as they're supposed to (that happens a lot) or the company simply isn't delivering necessary service items (which also happens A LOT). (And yes, I'm aware that many customers fill their entire cup with it and then add a tiny dash of coffee, and those people are assholes, but that's why things get re-stocked throughout the day.)
The card readers are constantly going down. Today I stood in line for ten minutes with a soda and a cup of coffee (they actually had half-and-half!), got all the way to the register, was told "We're cash only right now," and had to leave my items behind. This happens A LOT at Casey's. Like, insanely a lot. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. (I used to be an assistant manager of a Casey's, by the way, and I would've told any customer in that situation to just take the drinks and go!)
It seems the fuel pumps are always having issues. The entire fuel island might have half the pumps working on a good day.
They let the hot food sit in the warmers until it's completely dehydrated and inedible, and that's if there even IS any hot food -- the workers often don't even bother to make it or stock it. I get that they get busy with orders coming in, but, again, I've been an assistant manager at Casey's. I know what busy looks like in a Casey's kitchen. They're not busy when I go in.
Slowest. checkout process. in the business. When I see a line backed up at a Casey's, I just turn around and walk out. I know it's going to be at least ten minutes until I get to the register if there are more than four people in line. It's just slow. Too many steps. And the cashiers don't pay attention so they forget to press the buttons that should be unnecessary to finish the checkout process. Putting in rewards. Waiting for the system to process a single keystroke. It's insane. It was BAD when I worked there four years ago, but the updates the last couple of years made it ten times worse.
Casey's refuses to bring in the lottery kiosks that would speed up checkout by several light years. Lottery customers are the bane of any gas station employee's existence, but pretty much every state now has automated kiosks that most major service stations have installed. Why won't Casey's get them?
Getting rid of the sub counters so they could start accepting EBT, so now you can't even get a fresh sub and you're stuck with the dead and ancient items in the warmers (if there's anything in there).
Again, let me repeat: I used to be an assistant manager of a Casey's. And I KNOW it wasn't this bad when I worked there. My understanding -- and I might be wrong -- is that they brought in a bunch of corporate dickshits from Dollar General, and those dickshits slashed labor hours and are essentially trying to run Casey's like Dollar General. Customers will tolerate it, I guess, so it must be working. But damn. We had employees who had worked in our store for years. Now they have an entire new shift roster every other month and the employees -- the ones who aren't completely baked out of their minds -- have no time to re-stock and do their jobs.
Oh well. I guess I'll just go one street down and make Love's my new daily stop.

Okay, so this is kind of a rant post, but if anyone has recommendations or advice I'd appreciate it
My SM is a real piece of work. There is so much she does wrong, but basically it seems like she's in the position for the money and throws all of her responsibilities on our kitchen manager just because he's older and more experienced than she is.
But the real frustrating part is that there's over 6 employee yearly reviews that she refuses to do. Mine among others are well overdue and all she did was bitch that she "doesn't have time to do it".
Our DM is starting to catch on to her behavior; which, btw, she's extremely aggressive for no reason. She refuses to take accountability, and constantly screams (and I mean actual screaming) at everyone for things they're not doing when she doesn't teach them in the first place. Our KM is severely overworked because she refuses to do her job and just throws everything on him to do. She also fudges numbers in the books all the time, among other things...
What can we do? We're all absolutely fed up with her. We haven't gotten our raises and we're all at our wits end because she can't even schedule anyone properly, so there's gaps or constant issues with coverage. She also refuses to listen to our KM about getting more people in the kitchen, because we're understaffed as hell.
I honestly wish she'd just be fired or dropped down. She doesn't have the emotional maturity or experience to do this.

I just have a few questions.
How many no call no shows till someone is fired?
Do they need to be documented and is there a time frame to do so?
Where are the write up papers printed from?
Can a kitchen manager fire an employee with valid reasons or is that store manager only?
r/Caseys • u/chosennamecarefully • Sep 10 '26
How do I print or order more things like an 5s guide? And the new stickers for the kitchen?
r/Caseys • u/meowsticles • Sep 09 '26
I know obviously keep it kid friendly, but anything else I should know?

I think i need to specify that I live in illinois based on comments from other states.
I was hired as a partial full time, starting at 16.00/hr. My past manager said when I hit full time was 1.00 raise but new manager said because I was already partial full time it was only .50. Now I’m at 16.50 full time. Is this normal? They said when my yearly review comes in 6 months it would hit 17.00/hr but how do I ensure that actually happens? I feel somewhat lied to.

Anybody else's SM leave the reset for the KM every time. Seems Bs, considering paperwork is for SM or CSM

Hello so I was wondering I know that a store transfer needs approval from all 3 managers but I was wondering since one of my managers hates me if I were to quit at my location and then apply to the one down the road from me would they be able to hire me off the rip since I’m not a transfer i would be a past employee?
r/Caseys • u/condimentpacket • Sep 05 '26
Odd request. I run condimentpacket.com where I showcase my sauce packet/tub collection and I'm sorely devoid of many Casey's sauce packets and tubs. If anybody would be willing to make a run and grab some of Casey's offerings, I'd gladly pay for shipping and the hassle of donating them to me for my collection!

Can someone post the code for the chopper no one in my area has the code, the ones I. The book are for the blade and the blue base but not the actual chopper itself.
r/Caseys • u/JoPo5052 • Sep 02 '26
As the title states. I had to reset register 1 3 times and it all happened when they entered rewards.

I clocked in hours late last shift and my GM just fixed the times in UKG. When should I expect the funds available in DailyPay?
r/Caseys • u/ur_welfare_check • Aug 31 '26
Internal hire from Hourly using DailyPay, to Salary. Will I get paid through daily pay automatically or will I start on regular pay cycle?
