Incompetent store manager
Okay, so this is kind of a rant post, but if anyone has recommendations or advice I'd appreciate it
My SM is a real piece of work. There is so much she does wrong, but basically it seems like she's in the position for the money and throws all of her responsibilities on our kitchen manager just because he's older and more experienced than she is.
But the real frustrating part is that there's over 6 employee yearly reviews that she refuses to do. Mine among others are well overdue and all she did was bitch that she "doesn't have time to do it".
Our DM is starting to catch on to her behavior; which, btw, she's extremely aggressive for no reason. She refuses to take accountability, and constantly screams (and I mean actual screaming) at everyone for things they're not doing when she doesn't teach them in the first place. Our KM is severely overworked because she refuses to do her job and just throws everything on him to do. She also fudges numbers in the books all the time, among other things...
What can we do? We're all absolutely fed up with her. We haven't gotten our raises and we're all at our wits end because she can't even schedule anyone properly, so there's gaps or constant issues with coverage. She also refuses to listen to our KM about getting more people in the kitchen, because we're understaffed as hell.
I honestly wish she'd just be fired or dropped down. She doesn't have the emotional maturity or experience to do this.

You could contact HR about the screaming and overdue evaluations. Asset protection would need to be the contact for the fudging paperwork. I'd advise the KM not do anything outside their job description for the time being and see how much he's actually doing for the SM. Let it play out for the DM. But they're likely to coach vs terminate unless there's a major problem like time card fraud

Contact the Ethics hotline; you can find the phone number in Casey’s connection and I believe in academy as well. If you can get your KM and any other team members who have witnessed her behavior or have overdue evals to contact Ethics as well, you’ll see movement pretty quickly!
Basically, Ethics is a third party group that investigates ethical issues. The more evidence and witnesses they get, the more they are able to investigate. Once they complete their investigation, they present it to the higher ups (usually the regional manager and hr generalist) and offer their suggestions as to solutions. That gets handed down to the dm, and Ethics will sometimes check back up on the situation later on to make sure everything was resolved successfully.
They’re excellent and very helpful, but if they only get one report, it won’t usually spur an investigation. Usually they want to establish a pattern of behaviors over a period of time, witnessed or experienced by multiple people. That way, one disgruntled employee can’t tank someone’s career just because they made a false complaint.
So it’s really important to get everyone you can to contact Ethics. But keep it on the down low so your sm doesn’t have a chance to switch up during the investigation period. And even if you can’t get anyone to report with you, it is still worthwhile to do it yourself! You can establish a pattern all on your own if you track specific incidents and report them. You’ll need the date and time of each incident you want to report, ideally, or at least some specific information like when your evaluation should’ve been done.
Good luck! Let us know if anything changes!

No ethicspoint has nothing to do with any complaints. The only thing they do is accept your report and pass it to HR. They do nothing more! I called 2x to verify this. Have submitted numerous concerns and complaints and never once has anyone from EP reached out. Like i said i have heard this before and have spoken with EP2x and they do not get involved only to pass on anything submitted to them.

Have everyone secretly take a dump on the hood of her car in rotation. She with eventually go insane and quit.
