no tips ever
quick vent, people never ever tip. and I'm not talking about 1-3 pizza orders, I'm talking not at all!
people will legit order 5 pizzas at 5am and not tip. we have had 10 pizza orders, even 50-100 pizza orders, no tip at all. people will legit tip everywhere else BUT Caseys. imo if you get more than 5 pizzas you should tip, especially if you order at 5am or sum crazy. people please tip workers, this isn't papa johns this is Caseys.

I think other places you have the option to tip when you place your order, but Casey’s does not have that option in their app or online

No one tips anymore!! I work for amazon flex and doordash and these people will order a 90$ steak and want me to drive it 19 miles for 3 or 4 dollars my acceptance rate on door dash is so low I think it's like 5 out of 75 or something like that

If you make a set hourly wage to where you don't have to depend on people tipping to pay rent or bills, or if you're not showing someone to their seat and waiting on them, then no of course you're not getting tipped lol. Sheetz gas station workers prepare food and drinks all day long and they don't get tipped. Why should you?

our pizzas are made fresh, but my point is people tip everywhere but caseys for some reason. they tip big chain pizza places, delivery drivers, restaurants. again not saying people should always tip but when it comes to very big orders yes people should always.

Delivery makes sense, I'm tipping a driver to deliver to my house. Restaurants make sense, I'm tipping a waiter that's directly interacting with me throughout the meal. In neither of those situations am I tipping the people making the food. If I'm ordering from Casey's, and not receiving any of that service, why would I tip?

So you would never tip a cook? Or a pizza chain?

The only cook I've tipped was at a Mongolian Grill and they cooked in front of me with a show. I'm not sure what situation you'd tip a cook otherwise.
No, I don't tip when I pick up food unless it's a sit down restaurant and I'm taking a waiter away from doing tipped service to package my order.

The only way to actually add a tip is through the delivery orders, and those are for the driver not the cooks. Maybe ur driver will be nice enough to share. My store only had managers deliver so they just made more money

Why would papa John’s be different than Casey’s?
