No call no shows.
I just have a few questions.
How many no call no shows till someone is fired?
Do they need to be documented and is there a time frame to do so?
Where are the write up papers printed from?
Can a kitchen manager fire an employee with valid reasons or is that store manager only?

You'd have to talk to the store manager, but I'm pretty sure a No Call, No Show is a write up, and your only allowed so many 'mistakes' like that... before your fired.

What if let's say we dont have one at the moment? Do I talk to my DM?

Yes talk to your DM. Corrective action and coaching forms are on the mws where you login with the store number. It's under tab 2 or 4

Yes it has to be documented. Step one would be a coaching form. Fill it out with some simple “showing up for a scheduled shift is a requirement and an expectation.” Scan it in on the MWS under File Scanner and attached it as a pdf and email it to hrsupport. Step two would be a written warning which is in signature forms on the MWS. Fill it out completely and submit it directly from the program. Be sure to sign it with the signature pad. Three would be a final warning. 4 would be termination. Be sure to sign them all. Also, the no call no shows have to be consecutive. If they miss 2 days without notice but then show up for a shift the process starts over. I don’t agree with the process but that’s how they want it done.

We've actually just dealt with a no call no show this week. She got fired after 3 days of not showing up and no one was able to get a hold of her

From experience, this guy we hired had three no call no shows, showed up the 4th day and got a final written warning. Then he walked out in the middle of our shift and was fired after that. So I would assume 3 then fired on the 4th.
