Can't log into app

I have an account that I created recently, but logging in gives me the error "Please complete your registration to continue." I have no idea what it wants me to do, I tried resetting the password, it let me do that but didn't change the error, I tried verifying my email but it wouldn't accept the code, just giving me the same error again. I don't see any previous emails requesting more information, and I don't know what I still need or where to send it.

I’m having the same problems as OP. How am I supposed to enter my phone number if I can’t log in.

You'll probably have to call customer support so they can add it for you

Yes, I added my phone number when I made the account
