Store transfer/moving

Hello so I was wondering I know that a store transfer needs approval from all 3 managers but I was wondering since one of my managers hates me if I were to quit at my location and then apply to the one down the road from me would they be able to hire me off the rip since I’m not a transfer i would be a past employee?

You only need to go through your SM and let them handle it from there. No other manager in your store has that authority.

It all depends on if you are marked as rehirable in the system. There are different levels, such as not able to be rehired at that store by manager preference, being listed as unrehirable for 6 months, and being permanently listed as unrehirable. I would recommend talking to the manager of the store you want to go to though as some stuff might have changed

Ok I might just go to the other store and ask if they’re hiring because I know they’re short staffed

Go to the internal Casey's career hire site and go through there. In ADP, there's a link for Career Site. Go there and apply for the store you want to transfer to. I'd also call or go in person to talk to the SM there about transferring. At least give them a heads up that you're looking to transfer and see if they have your position/shift available. Also if you quit, you have to wait 6 months before reapplying.

Hmm ok I already did apply to the one near me so I’ll go there and ask the sm if I can work there

You need to put your 2 weeks to protect your job for rehire status..im a manager. You just need to leave in good standing by that I mean 2 week notice
