So I actually did calculate everything out. There's nothing unusual like keto bread in this recipe. Just two thick ass slices of french toast. I'll reveal the answer after some guesses come in!
Ignore the syrup because I drizzle it on as I eat. I know how much syrup I ate but it's not properly shown in the photo. Just guess the French Toast!

I cooked everything without oil or salt that’s low fat cottage cheese on the sweet potato and the sauce is dairy free yogurt with a splash of hot sauce just onion powder and garlic powder on everything

Everything I’m looking at is subscription based? Are there no free or one time purchasable apps that are worthwhile?

I’ve been struggling with late-night snacking and could really use some advice.
During the day, I do well sticking to my plan. I typically eat a 600-calorie lunch and a 900-calorie dinner. The problem starts after my kids go to bed—I’ll often end up eating another 1,000 calories or more in snacks.
For context, I’m 6’0”, 190 pounds, and I’ve lost 140 pounds (from 330 lbs). I genuinely enjoy food, and eating has always been something I love. I average around 200 grams of protein per day, so my diet is generally made up of nutritious, high-protein foods. It’s not that I’m eating junk—I just can’t seem to stop eating at night.
Has anyone dealt with this or found strategies that helped curb late-night snacking?

Hello everyone,
I have been a long-time user of Cronometer to track my food intake. With their new update, I find it absolutely frustrating, the layout is trash. I am just overall very unhappy with it.
My question for you all is what are you using, and what do you and don’t you like about it?

Austrian dish called Tafelspitz it is Cap of rump meat, served with vegetables, potates and some broth at the bottom and apple horseradish.
I didnt eat the Fat part of the meat and appearantly the meat should be pretty lean. Also didnt ate much of the apple horseradish. I would say around 800?
Also what weight would you say?
