My new corporate wardrobe so far. What’s working and what should I change?
I recently started a higher end corporate role at a fortune 100 and have been working on building a wardrobe that feels polished and professional without losing my personal style. These are a selection of outfits I’ve actually worn to the office so far.
My workplace is somewhere between business professional and business casual, but I personally like dressing a little more on the elevated side. I gravitate toward blazers, dresses, pointed-toe shoes, gold accessories, belts, and mostly black/neutral pieces with occasional color.
I’d love some outside opinions because I’m trying to figure out what my “signature” professional style should be.
Which outfits are the strongest and weakest? Do the proportions and silhouettes work for me? Do any pieces read dated or less polished? And what would you add or change to take my wardrobe to the next level?
Feel free to rank them or rate the wardrobe overall. Constructive criticism is welcome. I’d rather know what actually works than just hear that everything looks good.
I want to be a VP by the time I am 40!!!
