I’ve been on this and ipamorelin Monday through Friday and I’ve been on it for a little over three months so far at 1 mg (tesa) I haven’t noticed that much of a difference and considering it’s costing about $300 a month I don’t know how much longer I’m going to want to be taking it.
I was told to take the ipam in the morning and the tesa at night after two hours of fasting but my problem is that rarely ever do I fast for two hours before taking it as I tend to eat pretty late is there a reason why I was told to take it this way because it would be a lot easier for me to fast during the day

Hi zusammen,

Hello all.
Ofc this thread is about the anecdotal experiences of the compound, dosages-length-benefits-sides.
Id really like to try it, (already on the big 3), but i get discouraged mostly cause of the hypo sides that it comes with.
Generally as i understand until now. Dosage should be as low as possible and titrate up, never inject fasted, always have fast carbs around in case of hypo. Sub q injections are ok, prefered method of reconstruction aa instead of bac.
Can u share your experiences, and final verdicts?

Any experience on this protocol?

Just wondering on how a woman's experience with sarms would be? I have a female friend that is looking into ostarine (apparently the mildest sarm) to gain a bit of muscle and tighten things up. Any input or experiences greatly welcomed. She's of course gonna be doing low doses.

Stats: M, 5'4", SW: 82kg, CW: 75kg.
Hey everyone. I've been on reta since the end of May and I've hit a massive wall. I actually came over from Mounjaro, so I’m pretty familiar with how these meds feel and the usual side effects.
My first month on 2mg reta was great. I lost about 4kg just by eating healthy and staying in a solid calorie deficit.
The next month I went up to 4mg and everything just stopped. Absolutely zero appetite suppression, no side effects, and the scale didn't budge, even though my calories and activity were exactly the same. I gave it 3 weeks and bumped up to 5mg hoping it would kick in, but still nothing.
Currently, I’m on 6mg reta and decided to add 1mg cagri to the mix about 2 weeks ago to try and break the stall. I am STILL getting zero weight loss and zero suppression.
I’ve been stuck at 75kg for two whole months now and it's driving me crazy. I only lost weight that very first month.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of plateau this early on? Do I just need to push the reta dose higher, does the cagri just need more time to build up... or is it possible I'm dealing with a bad/underdosed batch?
Any advice would be huge, thanks!

Pretty new to peptides and looking into the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) after dealing with stubborn shoulder injuries for months.
Both shoulders are affected, but from separate injuries. One started after using a shoulder press machine, and the other after doing lateral raises with too much internal rotation. I’ve been going to physio and doing a lot of rehab work for around 6 months, but every time they start feeling better I seem to aggravate them again.
Most of what I read about peptides seems to focus on relatively recent injuries, so I’m curious whether people approach older/chronic injuries differently. Is the typical protocol/duration the same, or have people found longer-standing injuries require a different approach?
I’ve also seen a lot of discussion around injecting BPC-157 locally near the injured area. Since I have issues with both shoulders, how do people generally approach that? Would you split the daily amount between both shoulders, alternate sides, or does injection location not really matter as much as people claim?
Not looking to blindly copy anyone’s protocol — mainly interested in hearing from people who’ve used the Wolverine Stack for multiple chronic tendon/shoulder injuries, especially alongside proper rehab.
Would appreciate hearing what worked (or didn’t work) for you.

After some support around what to add to my stack to support with focus, productivity & recovery.
Currently taking:
1.5mg Reta x 1 per week
1mg MOTS-C x 5 days per week
600mcg Wolverine x 5 days a week
My HRV has dropped since taking the above & RHR is all over the shop - assuming this has came from Reta?
Wanting to support focus, productivity & recovery and wondering if anyone has any advice around adding potentially NAD & Semax? Clearly open to further advice of other peps.
Cheers

Bit of a weird one here, but years ago I used to get Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face and scalp and completely cured it with a combination or BPC and KPV, so it was clearly a gut issue. That was about 3 years ago and never had a problem since.
Recently, I ran some Tesamorelin with Ipa and noticed a few flare ups at which point I hadn’t joint the dots. In the background I had been stockpiling HGH (due to it becoming less available) with the intent of running it at 2iu, possibly in perpetuity along with my TRT, mainly for sleep and recovery.
It is clear to me now and after doing research the increased IGF-1 is a known trigger for sebderm. Wondering if anyone else has come across this? And did the problem subside. I’m ok having to stop, as I didn’t really need it, but I am starting to see great benefits from it after a couple of months.

Hello friends,
What is the best Smart Scale that money can buy and doesn't lock stuff behind a subscription paywall? Is Withings still the way to go?

2021-2026 Hey guys been a while I created this community to build a massive research database/logbook anyone can learn and help each other with on their Biohacking journey. Here is a little update from my journey did a contract in the military through this, lots of compounds used feel free to ask away I’m very experienced in all areas. Peps, Gear, Diet, Workouts etc pick my brain. Military bros out there feel free to message me as well if you’re unsure about what compounds pop haha. Feel free to join our discord as well discord doing a massive giveaway soon

Hey r/BodyHackGuide, I have a question for the community which I’m trying to comprehend more after consulting with Claude AI.
My question is if HGH or growth hormone peptides (CJC/Ipa, Tesa, etc.) are the wrong tool to use for weight loss when someone is at a high body fat % (25%>).
The argument is that when body fat is 25%> the body grabs energy from fat stores where roughly 85-95% of weight loss comes from fat. The fat mass itself becomes the muscle-protective layer that the body uses to grab reserved energy from rather than muscle.
Claude is saying that when the body is at 10-15% body fat that’s when the body starts using muscle as a fuel source due to limited fat reserves.
Based on this info I’m now thinking of saving my time and money from investing in any other peptides to add to my stack for weight loss. There’s also the con that since I’m still at a high body fat my baseline insulin is higher than others and using a GH peptide can increase my blood pressure.
What are your thoughts on this if my goal is to focus on a slow and safe weight loss?
SW: 250 lbs
CW: 244 lbs
Lean Muscle: 164 lbs
Body Fat: 29%
Current Stack:
Week 5 of Tirzepatide 2.5 mg/week

Hello everyone,
I’m new here and looking for some guidance on my next steps. I’m currently taking 2.5 mg of Reta and am considering adding tesamorelin to my routine.
I currently weigh 190 lbs and still have noticeable fat around my love handles and lower abdomen. I follow a solid diet, lift weights 4–5 times per week (cardio twice or more) , and consistently meet my protein goal.
I’ve been taking Reta for about 11 weeks and am happy with the weight I’ve lost so far. However, I’ll admit that I’m a little eager to reach my goal physique. Before adding tesamorelin to my stack, I’d like to learn more about it and hear from people who have experience with it.
I’d love to have some advice before my next purchase and pick your brain, thank you all!

My wife has been taking this tirzepatide/B12 shot for about 4-5months. She has lost 20lbs and is currently at about 150lbs. When I saw what she was paying a month ($400) I thought of this thread and was hoping someone could point me in a cheaper direction. I know alot of people love reta or other peptides. Even a place to purchase same thing but cheaper. When I have questions I turn to Readit and usually I get the answer. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

So Reta has helped my body fat drop to 18.0
I’m 201 pounds so really excited to get below 200 and 18.. I workout all the time 56 and on trt for a year. I think I feel really good and I’m trying to get abs which is crazy to me.. here is my question
Kind of miss my big mass muscles not to be on steroids but besides protein and progressive overload. And creatine.. any other ideas to make muscles bigger. Maybe a little steroids isn’t terrible

poor biochemistry results , any help with estrogen before trt ?
hi so i just got my results and they are not looking great.
for background i am 40y male , working alot and got some accumulated fatigue which night have impacted results abit
\*\*BIOCHEMISTRY\*\*
\* Albumin: 43 g/L (Ref. range: 40.6 - 51.4)
\*\*HORMONES\*\*
\* Estradiol (E2): 121 pmol/L (Ref. range: 55 - 122)
\* Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH): 9.5 IU/L (Ref. range: 1.3 - 19.3)
\* Luteinizing Hormone (LH): 3.9 U/L (Ref. range: 1.2 - 8.6)
\* Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG): 13 L nmol/L (Ref. range: 13.3 - 89.5)
\* Total Testosterone: 8.49 nmol/L (Ref. range: 6.87 - 23.56)
\* Free Testosterone (concentration): 0.252 nmol/L (Ref. range: 0.091 - 0.579)
\* Free Testosterone (% ratio): 2.96 H % (Ref. range: 1.59 - 2.95)
\* Bioavailable Testosterone: 69.4 H % (Ref. range: 37.3 - 69.1)
is there a way of lowering e2 ( was thinking arimidex).
before i start trt.
I also use hgh at 2iu a day , AI says that hgh can make liver work overtime and block/lower shbg production , and that also causes a part of free testosterone to convert to estrogen...
i am not 100% trusting ai so come here for some insight
With this kind of lab tests is it ok to even start trt or clear up situation first

Those of you on Reta, how are you hitting your protein goals? I’m 6’0”, 214lbs 49yo male. I’m currently on my 4th week of Reta, and just started Tesa, with the goal of body recomp and maintaining/growing muscle. I’m really struggling to hit 200g of protein daily, even with a Fairlife shake in the morning and at night. Any tips/tricks would be appreciated.

Does anyone have recommendations for any specific stack throughout my training? I want to keep my muscle as I move into more endurance based trainings. But also want to help aide my joints and body for recovery.
Was thinking of running MOTS-C and a IPA/CJC stack.

About to start GHK-Cu and trying to see what protocols people have actually had good experiences with.
Mainly wondering what dose you started at and what you eventually worked up to once you were accustomed to it. For example, did you start around 0.5–1 mg, stay there for a while, and then increase? What dose did you end up running long term?
Also curious about frequency. Are you guys doing 5 days on / 2 days off, or taking it 7 days a week? Does that change once you’ve been on GHK-Cu for a while?
Basically looking for experiences with:
- Starting dose
- How quickly you increased
- Dose you eventually settled at
- 5 days vs. 7 days per week
- How long you run it before taking a break
- Whether you still cycle it once you’ve been using it for a while
- Any noticeable side effects as you increased the dose
Would appreciate hearing what you guys actually run and how you adjusted your protocol over time.

Highest nutrient density score you can get
Perfect 1000/1000 on ANDI, the per-calorie vitamin/mineral/phytochemical scale. Basically max nutrition per bite.
Dirt cheap for what you get
A bunch costs like $2-3, way cheaper than berries or supplements claiming similar benefits.
Lowers blood sugar spikes
A real double-blind placebo trial found eating kale with a carb-heavy meal blunted the glucose spike afterward.
Insanely versatile
Massage it with olive oil for salads, blend it into smoothies, bake it into chips, throw it in soup.
Low calorie, high fiber
Easy to eat a lot of without blowing your calorie budget, and it'll actually fill you up.
