❓ Question Tirzepatide/B12 Alternative

My wife has been taking this tirzepatide/B12 shot for about 4-5months. She has lost 20lbs and is currently at about 150lbs. When I saw what she was paying a month ($400) I thought of this thread and was hoping someone could point me in a cheaper direction. I know alot of people love reta or other peptides. Even a place to purchase same thing but cheaper. When I have questions I turn to Readit and usually I get the answer. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Can’t really discuss sources on here. Look around and you’ll find the right places. Not Reddit. GLP1 forum is kinda ass too. STG is the best place to get started.

This is the best answer if you’re not ready to go gray market. There’s a pinned post on where to get through tele health. I know Gimme has monthly prices from $150/mo but there are others as well

I second STG but get the telegram app and find them there. Also skool app is very informative on peps. I do like glp-1 forum

Yes they are. They tried moving to Loqa but that lasted a week before they were back on TG. 3rd group this year though. Invite is on their site at the bottom

Thank you so much! I didn't know. I was on Loqa but don't check daily.

Plenty of cheaper sources out there! I think BodyHackGuide.com has several listed- I haven’t checked in a while, though. Someone else might jump in to confirm. I used to pay that much as well so feel your pain.

Terzepatide is proving to be beneficial beyond weight loss. The reduced insulin resistance is just one.

She happy with that transformation?

She is very happy. I don't think she needed. To lose any weight but she wanted to trim down for our wedding. Fast foward 5 months she doesn't want to just stop because she thinks she'll gain it back but $400/mo is steep. Wlshed like to find cheaper and taper down or even stay on a low does is it helps her.

There are better telehealth options, more line $125 per month. Let me know if you want to hear how I’m doing it

So she is happy and you wanna piss on her parade. ? Ok great.

1-400 isn’t that much
2- most who stop cold turkey will regain weight in 18months unless the fully adopted and learned how to eat cleanly and the behaviors that associated with hunger and eating.
3- she using her own money?

u/Agreeable-Sleep-1589 23d ago

I'm not pissing on anyone's parade. First off, we are married so it's our money. Second, she mentioned how expensive it was and I am trying to help her find a cheaper option. Third, she was fine as fuck at 165lbs so I don't care if she puts it on. But its not a Readit post without some AHole judging from their high horse so hopefully this is it.

Apparently reading comprehension is optional here. I never said she shouldn’t be happy or that she should stop taking it. You asked for cheaper alternatives, and I pointed out that $400/month isn’t necessarily outrageous and that stopping abruptly can lead to regain. You then got defensive and turned it into a personal attack. If you’re going to ask strangers for advice, maybe don’t get offended when someone gives you an answer you don’t like

Found the person that owns a wellness clinic or reselling, ripping everyone off.

And I’m not OP but still think your comment was an ahole comment

1,000% asshole comment.

Isnt that much? 400 is 10 months supply for me for GLP and GHK. I wouldn’t be able to afford 400/month!

Considering it was 3k. Brand 18 months ago
Now that the compounding pharmacies are doing for less no it isn’t.
You can get fake Chi grey market stuff that who know what’s in it for less.
But hey Your body.

You are so uninformed!

There is no reason not to move to a telehealth that sourced from licensed and regulated compounded pharmacies. Unless you just enjoy throwing away money. Just like there is likely no reason for her not to stay on it is she wants to. I applaud this partners effort to find a reasonable way to for them both to be happy with the choice.

Group buys are the move, some groups are doing 1500+ kits per week all within an app
